Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Industry Under The Background Of Digital Economy

At present,the rise of digital economy promoting scientific and technological revolution,occupies a key position in international competition.Foreign developed regions have begun to guide the transformation and upgrading of different industries in the direction of digitization.Therefore,they have specially formulated a series of policies and measures,hoping to seize the opportunity of modern industrial revolution as soon as possible in this way.China’s "14th five year plan" and "2035 vision" all emphasize the need to give full play to the new advantages of digital economy and promote the industry to move towards digitization.Liaoning Province is a well-known old industrial base in China.The equipment manufacturing industry provides technical equipment for other industries and is the pillar industry of Liaoning Province.However,in recent years,Liaoning’s equipment manufacturing industry has some problems,such as large but not strong,backward technology and low production efficiency.It is necessary to take advantage of the development opportunity of digital economy to complete industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on this,this paper makes a systematic research on the digital transformation and upgrading of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry by using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,and is committed to providing some theories and methods for the digital construction of Liaoning Province.In the first place,this article introduces the connotation of equipment manufacturing industry and digital economy,as well as the fundamental theories of relevant scholars,including industrial transformation and upgrading theory,industrial cluster theory and technological innovation theory;Secondly,it analyzes the development status of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry under the background of digital economy,explains the development status of industrial scale,industrial structure and digitization of equipment manufacturing industry,and summarizes the main problems existing in equipment manufacturing industry,that is,insufficient industrial innovation ability,backward industrial organization form and single industrial financing mode.Thirdly,the DEA Malmquist model is used to analyze the productivity level of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry in recent 7 years.This article’s input indicators include the total assets and the number of R ＆ D personnel of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry,and the output indicator includes the total industrial output value.The DEA comprehensive technical efficiency static index and Malmquist total factor productivity change dynamic index of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry from 2013 to 2019 are brought into the model.The analysis shows that the production technology of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry is backward,The labor force and invested capital have not yet reached the optimization of resource allocation,and the effectiveness of enterprise scale cannot be brought into play.At last,according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper list relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,which are to consolidate the foundation of digital talents and enhance digital technology innovation;Constructing the industrial digital development cluster system;Strengthen policy support and financial guarantee for enterprise digital transformation.
