FAW-VW,founded in 1991,is an automobile joint venture jointly funded by China FAW Group Co.,Ltd.,Volkswagen AG,Audi AG and Volkswagen(China)Investment Co.,Ltd.After 30 years of development,FAW-VW has become China’s first passenger car enterprise with an annual sales volume of more than 2 million vehicles,with more than60000 employees.Under the policy background and development trend of digital transformation,FAW-VW is also actively trying and exploring digital transformation.The company’s employees have become an important force to promote the digital transformation of enterprises,and the digital transformation training of employees is one of the key links.An efficient digital transformation training program for employees can speed up the transformation of FAW-VW and greatly improve productivity.This paper takes FAW-VW as the research object,conducts in-depth research on the current situation of the company’s digital transformation training,and analyzes the existing problems of FAW-VW digital transformation training from three aspects of coverage of digital transformation training,trainees’ attendance and training effect evaluation through questionnaire survey.First of all,the company’s digital transformation training courses(such as product manager,micro program introduction,etc.)are not enough to cover the company’s managers;Secondly,when the company makes the digital transformation training program,it does not fully consider the time requirements of managers,which leads to the managers unable to reach all attendance;Finally,the effectiveness evaluation of the training effect is not perfect when the company makes the training program of digital transformation.Through the analysis of the above problems,combined with the company’s digital transformation strategy,this paper carries out the development of digital transformation training programs for managers and implementation of security measures.When designing the digital transformation training program for managers,this paper firstly defines the objectives of digital transformation training for managers based on FAW-VW digital transformation strategy.After the goal of digital transformation training for managers is clarified,the demand for digital transformation training for managers is investigated by interview method.Combined with the results of the analysis of digital transformation training needs of managers,the content of digital transformation training programs for managers are formulated,including the establishment of course objectives,training forms,course time design and organization and implementation of each digital transformation training for managers.Finally introduces the implementation of the key points and the safeguard for training,the implementation of the key points include preheating,sign up for training,course distribution,reminders,course tracking,effect,in the management of personnel training,in the implementation of the security of digital transformation by human resources,organization,three aspects of funds,for the orderly operation of security training management system.In this paper,the design and research of the digital transformation training program for FAW-VW managers is of great significance to enrich the training system design of enterprises under digital transformation.
