With the continuous promotion of the reform and opening-up policy,China’s civil aviation industry has greatly improved its industry scale,technical level,service ability,safety level,etc.,which plays an important role in the whole national economic construction.In2005,China’s air transport turnover ranked second in the world only to that of the United States and became one of the largest civil aviation countries.It is predicted that by 2029,China will become the largest aviation country in the world,and the requirements for aviation service personnel will be greatly improved,especially on professional skills and comprehensive literacy.At present,the general education level of civil aviation service personnel in China is relatively low,most of which are higher vocational and high school education,while the number of employees with bachelor’s degree or above is relatively small.In 2019,the Ministry of Education approved the "aviation service art and management" specialty registered in 2018,and standardized the personnel training system,to meet the needs of aviation enterprises for high-quality service and management talents.The independent setting of this major not only promoes higher education of aviation service major,but also meets the comprehensiv requirements for aviation service and management talents in the future.At present,the training of aviation service and management talents shows a diversified subject ownership,and there is no unified training standard.How to meet the needs of aviation enterprises for service and management talents has become an urgent task.Based on this,this paper analyzes the training scale,training objectives,curriculum,training methods and evaluation mechanism of aviation service and management talents by means of literature,discussion,comparison and other research methods,finds out the problems and causes of which.From the macro level,China has not yet issued relevant policies and established a comprehensive talent training mechanism;From the micro level,the training scale of high-level aviation service and management talents can not keep up with the needs of enterprises,the training objectives are not clear,the training content is out of line with the market,the training methods are limited,the qualified teachers are less,and the evaluation mechanism is not perfect.In view of the above problems,the paper proposes some countermeasures,such as strengthening the government’s function in establishment andimprovement of training policies,implementing diversified subjects to participate in personnel training,improving the integrating degree between personnel training and enterprise needs,establishing an effective evaluation system,etc.,to cultivate high-level compound talents suitable for the development of the aviation industry. |
