The railway industry is developing,and the quality and level of the workforce in the railway industry must follow this development.In order to adapt to the rapid development of railways and the modernization of management,it is necessary to form a management team with management as the main body,technology types matched,reasonable hierarchical structure,and high political,management skills,and cultural literacy.The railway industry focused on the skills training of employees in transportation units,and ignored training of non-transport people who have greater pressure to create economic benefits.So,we want to focus on researching and designing a training management information system with strong practicability,wide popularity,convenient operation,and this system can truly,systematically and comprehensively reflect the management personnel of non-transport enterprises in the railway industry.In order to consolidate the talent base for non-transport enterprises and units to better serve the transportation business of the railway group corporation,we need to develop new economic growth points for railway transportation operations,and grasp the most important work of training management.The thesis analyzes the railway system’s training management requirements for non-transport enterprise managers,designs the system function framework and database structure,and then develops a railway management personnel training management information system using the B / S model.The database uses SQL Server 2008 and uses the MD5 algorithm to encrypt information in database.The thesis also gives details of the design,implementation and testing work.The system is divided into subsystems such as system background management,portal,special training course project management,student growth tracking,statistical analysis and other subsystems.The thesis focuses on the design and implement of core modules such as login,training teaching management,examination management,training information management,and training resource management.By using the railway management personnel training management information system,the railway company can realize the management of management personnel training work more flexibly,timely and accurately,and grasp the training work situation.It has high practical value.The expected results of the system have been achieved.
