The competition among enterprises is actually the competition of talents,and the competition of talents depends to a large extent on the development of human resources,so it is urgent to strengthen the training of employees.New employees need to be trained to quickly adapt to the new organizational environment,and master the operational skills required for the position as soon as possible.Older employees need to be trained to replenish new knowledge and acquire new skills to adapt to the changing needs of the environment and work.However,this is only an understanding of the importance of employee training.In order to produce a marked effect in training work,it is necessary to establish complete training management,so that the training objectives and business management strategies can be better combined,so that the training work can be institutionalized,streamlined and professionalized,so that the waste of training investment can be reduced and improved,and then the work performance can be improved by skills upgrading of employees.This paper adheres to the principle of scientific,rigor and practicality and combination of theory and practice,by means of literature research method,questionnaire method,interview method,existing statistical data analysis method and qualitative and quantitative analysis method.Having studied related theories,it aims to study and summarize the staff training,systemic training management,and research status at home and abroad,etc.Then,through the analysis of the basic situation,development strategy and training management process of CJ company,it is concluded that the existing training management process of CJ company has problems such as insufficient demand analysis,unscientific plan making,irregular implementation process and lack of effect evaluation.After analyzing the causes of the diagnosed problems,the improvement measures are proposed: the training requirements analysis is improved by using the Goldstein training demand analysis model,the training plan and process control measures are improved according to the “6H2H” model,and the training effect evaluation is refined using the K-type training evaluation model.Finally,the three major safeguards,such as restructuring the training organization,improving the training system,and building career management,ensure the smooth operation of the training management improvement measures.
