The Research On Improvement Scheme Of Mould Develop Technical Management In FY Company

This paper analyzes the business management status of FY company’s mold development and the technology management of FY company’s auto parts mold development,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the technical management of mould development.Applying the theory and method of technology management thought,process optimization theory and PDCA cycle improvement management method,the paper puts forward concrete improvement plan and measures for the existing problem about technology management of the company.First of all,the standardization improvement of mold development technology management and design process is put forward to form a management mode that data can be checked,design process can be followed by rules,design progress can be controlled and design changes can be identified quickly.Mold design technical guidance through standardized guidance documents,strictly in accordance with the design process,improve the quality of mold design,do mold quality control in advance,reduce the control after.Secondly,the modular improvement of mold development and design is proposed.The modular design of die structure can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of die design.The modular design of mold structure is the basis of rapid mold design and an effective way to shorten mold development cycle.Thirdly,the digital improvement of mold development technology is put forward.Through the simulation analysis of the mold structure and stamping molding process scheme,timely optimization and adjustment of the mold design and development scheme,reduce the actual mold debugging times,shorten the mold development cycle;Through the defect prediction of the mold plan,the defect prevention measures and methods are formulated,the shape design of parts and the mold development plan are improved,the reliability of the mold structure design and the mold stamping process plan is enhanced,so as to reduce the development cost.Finally,it is clear that PDCA management paradigm is adopted in mold development technology management.Mold development process is to use PDCA cycle improvement method,constantly improve the mold,optimize the matching process.In order to ensure smooth implementation of the improvement scheme of technical management,this paper describes the measures to improve the implementation of the scheme,by improving the market awareness of all staff;Strengthening technical training;Perfect incentive mechanism;Strengthen internal collaboration.The improvement plan can get the active support of the company’s various functional departments,can optimize the current technical management according to the expected plan,improve the efficiency of mold design work,reduce the company’s mold development cost,improve the quality of mold,enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
