And Guangdong Grid Co in response to government policy, Put forward the plan of the Power line reconstruction. Because of the current project management level of electric power engineering project management in China is still in the primary stage, Project managers often rely on personal experience, Project managers often rely on personal experience, the project management, quality management, quality management, safety management and acceptance management, the management consciousness is relatively weak, and the research is less. So this article through the transformation of Engineering, and combined with the characteristics of substation reconstruction project, to conduct a discussion in the construction process, from the progress management, quality management, safety management and acceptance management to all aspects of the project. In this paper, the progress management theory is analysis of power engineering construction projects of the various factors. and put forward the methods of resource management, and the methods of the dynamic management and rectification of the problem. And by studying the quality management in construction process, the method of total quality management and quality control is introduced, and the quality control of construction process is analyzed. The PDCA active closed loop control system is formed. Based on the analysis of various kinds of dangerous points of electric power engineering project, this paper puts forward the method of safety management and dynamic control in the implementation phase to improve safety management. At the same time, this paper also analyzes and optimizes the existing problems in the engineering project, and makes the problem to be effective.
