Parking choice behavior is a parking decision-making process in which parking people pursue the maximization of personal benefits.As the external performance and characteristic behavior of on-street parking,cruise parking behavior wastes time and fuel cost,and affects the normal operation of traffic flow in parking sections.With the advantage of convenience and quickness,on-street parking makes parking people prefer to spend time cruising and parking on the road.There are many factors affecting parking choice.Analyze the key variables affecting cruise parking time,and quantitatively change the key variables to improve parking choice behavior,so as to reduce parking cruise phenomenon,increase the utilization of off-street parking spaces,and reduce the negative impact of on-street parking behavior on parking sections.From the perspective of economics,this paper establishes an improved cruise parking model based on the principle of cruise parking,verifies the model through example analysis,provides scientific reference for parking planning and management,and puts forward suggestions to reduce cruise phenomenon.According to the on-street parking behavior process and traffic flow data,a two-way two lane parking delay model and a one-way two lane parking section cellular automata model are established to study the impact of on-street parking behavior on the traffic operation efficiency of the parking section and the significance of improving the speed of the parking section after improving the parking selection.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the influencing factors of parking supply and demand,expounds the relationship between supply and demand,describes the setting form of on-street parking and defines its setting regulations.The questionnaire survey and field survey scheme of on-road parking near Hongqi Street in Changchun are designed,and the survey data are sorted and analyzed,including the characteristics of on-street parking,the parking choice behavior of parking people and the traffic flow of parking sections,so as to provide data support for the following text.Then,aiming at the influence of walking time difference and parking waiting time that the existing cruise model does not consider the actual situation,this paper improves the cruise model,increases the influence of variables such as walking time difference and off-street parking waiting time on the maximum endurance cruise time,establishes the improved cruise parking model,and analyzes the sensitivity of the maximum endurance cruise time to the influencing factors of the new model.Combined with the previous parking selection survey data,the improved cruise parking model is analyzed,and the maximum endurance cruise time is calculated.It is found that the calculated value of the maximum endurance cruise time of 5.6 minutes is greater than the actual cruise time of 5 minutes,indicating that there are a large number of cruise phenomena.Taking the actual cruising time as the maximum endurance cruising time,The reference values of on-street parking price,walking time difference and parking waiting time to reduce cruise phenomenon are calculated as 7.025 yuan / h,5.3 minutes and 2.3 minutes respectively,and the specific measures to optimize parking choice are put forward as a reference for parking policy.Finally,SPSS is used to analyze the significance of linear correlation of model variables such as section delay,traffic flow in this direction lane,traffic flow in opposite direction lane,non-motor vehicle flow,parking frequency,parking duration and so on.Using the removal method to fit the regression equation,the delay model of two-way two lane parking section is constructed.The reliability of the model is verified by residual independence and normality test.The delay model is used to predict the delay of parking choice,and the accuracy of prediction results is tested by evaluation indexes MAE and MAPE.Aiming at the process of on-street cruise and parking,based on Na Sch cellular automata model,a one-way two lane cellular automata simulation model considering on-street parking is established.Through numerical simulation and simulation experiments,the significance of reducing the parking proportion on the increase of traffic flow speed in the parking section is verified.
