With the development of modern industry,there are higher requirements for the machining quality of parts.However,due to various factors in production,the machining accuracy of parts can not meet the quality requirements,and the machining accuracy of parts is often reflected in the detection process after machining.This post-processing detection strategy is the post-processing detection of nonconforming products,which can not avoid the generation of waste products,which is both wasteful and uneconomical.In order to develop the process quality management in the machining process from passive post inspection to active prevention,aiming at the long-term monitoring and control management of machining quality in the process of parts production,this paper has carried out a systematic and in-depth discussion on the technical problems of machining statistical process quality management.Based on the study of the current technical problems of machining quality,a quality management system suitable for the actual machining and production process of parts is constructed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Considering the repair cost and scrap cost in the process of parts processing and production,the Taguchi quality loss function is improved by using the piecewise function theory,and the corresponding part quality loss is derived according to the different distribution of quality characteristics.On this basis,the process capability index MPCI for parts processing process is constructed.(2)Aiming at the problem of machining accuracy in the process of parts processing and production,in order to solve the disadvantage that the control chart is not sensitive to small offset,a new CUSUM cumulative sum graph is proposed in this paper.By adding the improved uniformly weighted moving average graph statistics,the sensitivity of detecting small offset is improved.Finally,the effectiveness of the D-C chart is studied by Monte Carlo simulation.Under different running length profiles,the proposed D-C chart is compared with the memory chart.(3)Aiming at the monitoring and diagnosis of parts processing process,the quality control system of parts finishing process is established,and the process of production process quality monitoring and control system is perfectly constructed.The system integrates the ideas of real-time monitoring and quality improvement,which provides strong support for the timely discovery of quality fluctuation and quality improvement in the manufacturing process.The research of this paper aims at the quality monitoring process of part processing,improves the sensitivity of the existing memory control chart to small fluctuations,and the new process capability index comprehensively considers the characteristics of the part processing process,which is more in line with the actual production process.If the proposed part quality control system can be extended to the actual production,it will bring considerable results.
