Assembly process as a key part in the mechanical product manufacturing process,the product has a critical impact on the quality of the final,determines the final product quality and the fit between the needs of customers,due to the assembly process is more and more multifarious,the mechanical product assembly process quality management methods cannot completely adapt to the current needs.In today’s advanced manufacturing production management mode,how to effectively control the process capability index to achieve the set production quality objectives has become an indispensable research focus in the field of quality monitoring.Therefore,it has become the core content of product quality monitoring to reasonably implement quality control for the whole production and assembly process,flexibly use and improve process capability index,and analyze and evaluate the production process quality level of each product.The research results are summarized as follows:(1)Based on the research of traditional quality control methods,this paper proposes a quality control method for assembly process of mechanical products based on SPC.First of all,combined with the actual production characteristics of mechanical products,the original GO-flow method is improved,the mathematical description is given,and mathematical model rules are provided.The improved technical method plays a crucial role in determining and selecting key processes in the assembly process of mechanical products.It has laid a technical foundation for the efficient and accurate completion of product quality control.Secondly,on the basis of the common theoretical content of unary process quality control,the combination of FA-based two control charts technology is proposed to improve the two common technical defects of missed and false reports in the traditional SPC method,and improve the reliability and accuracy of quality level judgment of mechanical products.The clutch is verified theoretically by a practical case.(2)This paper studies and analyzes the existing multiple process capability index,puts forward the mathematical description of multiple process capability index and dynamic correction index,explores the quality control method based on multi-process capability index,and explores the relationship between it and product nonconforming rate.According to the effectiveness and breadth of application of PROCESS capability index in process quality assessment,a product sampling inspection method based on process capability index was constructed.The clutch waveform sheet is taken as an example to verify the theory,and the scheme can accurately and effectively remove unqualified products,so as to realize the precise determination of sample size and conformity determination number.(3)This paper puts forward the scheme idea of SPC system construction.Combined with the content and application principle of SPC technology,determine the overall design principle of the system,and adhere to the goal of stable product production quality,for the subsequent indepth implementation of the system to lay the foundation. |
