Nowadays the competitions are fierce.The concept of quality has turned to be generalized other than conformance.Quality leads to low cost and increase the customers’satisfaction,and then the profits increase accordingly.Thus, the establishment of quality control in the manufacturing and processing stages of the formation of quality has a positive meaning. In this paper, due to the existence of the quality problems encountered in perforating bullet which is a typcal machining parts,established quality control systems for meeting the demand base on the the study of existing quality technology. The main job lists below:(1)To develop the disadvantage of concepts of the quality control, developed problem analysis face to the problems form the mashining fields and estalished the overall strategy of the quality control.The strtegy contains hierarchical models, requirement analysis, the network structure,and the main steps.(2)To reduce the number of the characteristcs, defined the Key Quality Characteristics firstly and then compared the methods of recognition of Key Quality Characteristics.Finally chose the Mahalanobis-Taguchi methods to find the Key Quality Characteristics.(3)Used Mahalanobis-Taguchi methods to find the Key Quality Characteristics with the collection of the data samples. The corresponding calculations and code are given, the process is mainly achieved through Matlab and Excel.(4)After confirmation of the Key Quality Characteristics,to fullfill the demand of process capability measures,established the proess capabiliy calculation model base on Spk,and drawed MCPCA chart and PVTC to evaluate the process comprehensively.(5)Combined the X—R chart and CUMSUM chart to formed only one chart. The combined chart can monitor the fine machining process and find both the small variations and the big ones. The combined chart mainly achieved through Delphi and SQL Server2005.(6) Base on quality control stratege,completed quality control system hardware and software design based on CAN bus.The system can finish field data collection,storage,query,process monitoring and evaluation functions. Using Delphi and SQL Server2005to develop upper computer software.
