| Since 1980s, with the sharpening of market competition, market environment in which enterprises existed in has been improved a lot. More and more enterprises realized the importance of competitive on time and satisfaction to customer demands. In the mean time, the focus of competition gradually changed from the price element to some non-price elements such as quality, flexibility and quick delivery. Consequently, the patterns of producing in middle and small batches gained a lot of attention, which is, of course, a great challenge to quality control techniques in the traditional producing process of small varieties and mass batches production. As the small batches production becomes more and more popular, how to use SPC methods including quality control charts and how to use the classical quality control ways to production of small batch, have important value.The characteristic of small batches production is that there is no enough data, hence we need to study the quality control in production process of small batch and develop a more effective method, that is just the research object of this dissertation. The contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1) With the principle and thought of statistical process control, introduced the control charts technology including its design principle, sorts, distinguish rules indifferent conditions and how to use control charts in quality management system.(2) After analyzing the problem of traditional Shewhart control chart in the condition of small batches production, find that it is unfeasible to use traditional Shewhart control chart in the condition of small batches production. And the way of statistic process control in small batch is discussed.(3) On the basis of theoretical research, the statistical process control system is studied and developed. The functions of quality analysis and real-time control are realized in the condition of mass batches production and small batches production. The system can be used to analyze quality data, output report and give alerts on exception, which is demonstrated by examples. At last, the conclusions are given, the further research and investigation are suggested. |
