| At present,the digital characteristics of the global economy are becoming more and more obvious,and the digital economy has become a strong driving force for the stable and sustainable development of China’s economy.The rise of digital economy not only further broadens the market of emerging enterprises,but also creates good opportunities for the development of traditional industries,speeds up the pace of digital transformation and upgrading of the real economy,and constructs a digital economic system.With the government’s great attention and strong support to the digital strategy,enterprises must realize that they must invest more in digital transformation and use digitization to realize the transformation and upgrading of enterprises so as to improve their competitiveness.as a result,more and more enterprises implement digital transformation to cope with the challenges of industrial change brought about by big data,intelligence,the Internet of things and so on.As a leader in the home appliance industry,Haier Zhijia began to prepare for digital transformation as early as 2005,and then launched the network strategy in 2012,and formally entered the road of digital transformation.in the process of exploration,Haier Zhijia not only kept up with the pace of digitization from the technical IT,but also carried out subversive transformation from the aspects of enterprise management mode,organization mode and payment mechanism.And created a series of unique platform system,and made obvious achievements.This paper selects Haier Zhijia’s digital transformation as the case study object,and first expounds the development status and trend of digital economy and enterprise digital transformation.In addition,it combs some aspects of the impact of digital transformation on enterprises from previous academic research and enterprise practical experience,and then constructs the analysis framework of the full text based on organizational change theory,process reengineering theory and contingency theory.This paper specifically expounds the process and motivation of Haier Zhijia’s digital transformation and the enterprise changes brought about by the transformation,and finally makes a specific analysis of the impact of Haier’s digital transformation on enterprise performance and the impact path.Finally,through the analysis,this paper finds that in the process of digital transformation,Haier Zhijia has increased R & D innovation,continuously expanded online channels,improved the operational efficiency of enterprises,and had a positive impact on the growth and profitability of enterprises.in addition,it has also achieved value-added in the value creation,expanded the product market share,and brought good benefits to the enterprise.Combined with the analysis of the above contents,this paper thinks that Haier Zhijia should always grasp the changes of external information and data in the process of transformation,adjust its strategic planning effectively and timely,strengthen the ability of technological research and development,and give full play to the role of ecological platform.lead the development of the industry,and strive to achieve more remarkable results on the road of digital transformation.In the digital transformation,other household appliance enterprises should pay full attention to the cultivation of culture and talents,constantly strengthen digital strategic management,build a set of digital transformation system in line with the development of enterprises,and accelerate the pace of digital transformation. |
