Abstract/Summary:
Today in the 21 st century,information technology,rapid development and great popularity at home,the Internet was quietly changing social and economic and other fields,the government is also constantly encourage an organic combination of traditional industries and the Internet,under this background,the transformation and upgrading of enterprises gradually realized that the Internet industry with a strong boost.Therefore,many traditional enterprises,especially traditional manufacturing enterprises,are actively seeking a new growth model to adapt to the Internet era.There are many representative enterprises in China’s home appliance industry,among which Haier Zhijia Co.,Ltd.which was established in Qingdao in 1984 is the most famous.Since 2005,when Haier Zhijia first put forward the business model of "Rendanheyi",it has conducted in-depth and comprehensive exploration and research in the aspects of strategy,resource allocation,organizational structure,internal and external management,etc.,and has made extraordinary achievements on the basis of exploration and research.This paper takes Haier Zhijia as the research object to analyze the motivation and path of Haier Zhijia’s adoption of the business model of "Rendanheyi",the mechanism of its effect on the company’s performance and the degree of its impact on the performance.Based on the above research,it is hoped to provide a reference for enterprises to transform their management mode in the Internet era.In this paper,with the use of management,strategic management,financial accounting and other relevant theoretical knowledge,a wide range of relevant domestic and foreign literature,through case analysis,to study the relationship between Haier Zhijia’s "Rendanheyi" business model and enterprise performance.Firstly,the paper sorts out the theory of organizational structure change,the theory of strategy and strategic management,the theory of enterprise performance evaluation and the theory of incentive,and summarizes the research status of these theories.And then introduced the Haier Zhijia on the basis of combining the characteristics of its difference from traditional management mode,introduces the strategic management pattern to adapt to the industrial age 4.0-"Rendanheyi" business model,based on this,analysis of the "Rendanheyi" business model is how it works,how the effect on corporate performance,and has much impact on the corporate performance,through the above analysis,Haier Zhijia of "Rendanheyi" the validity and the rationality of the business model;The final conclusion is that the business model of "Rendanheyi" can support Haier Zhijia to integrate into the Internet era,and the success of Haier Zhijia’s business model of "Rendanheyi" can provide reference and learning value for the transformation and upgrading of other enterprises.
