| With the continuous development of infrastructure construction,large-scale bridges, transportation and other construction projects are increasing in recent years. As a result, project safety is gradually gaining the attention of the project team.As a commonly used construction equipment for large-scale construction projects, special equipment has the characteristics of large volume, high risk and severe destructiveness. In order to ensure the safety of the project, the safety management of special equipment is particularly important. Therefore, how to improve the safety management of special equipment in large-scale construction projects is a problem worthy of further study. There are many types of special equipment in the T coastal bridge project and they often mobile. So the original safety management can not meet the safety requirements of the project. This paper carries out the research from three parts. The first part introduces the special equipment status of the T coastal bridge project and summarizes the current problems of special equipment safety management. The second part uses the accident tree analysis method to find out the main factors that lead to the safety accidents of special equipment and uses the expert interview method to find out the safety management measures that affect the causative factors of safety accidents.Based on the results and combined with the safety management system and the PDCA cycle model,I design the safety management improvement program. The third part analyzes the effect of the improvement of the safety management of special equipment. It can be seen from the equipment defect rate, personnel certification rate and construction progress that the safety management of special equipment for the T coastal bridge project has been significantly improved. In summary, this paper has certain application and reference value to improve safety management of special equipment in large projects and guarantee the construction safety by studying the main factors of safety accidents and designing safety management improvement proposals. |
