| As the degree of aging in rural areas deepens, there are more suitable residential houses for the elderly in rural areas. The indoor environment of residential houses is the main factor affecting the physical and mental health of the elderly and the social health of the elderly.Therefore,home-based elderly care has made improvements to the indoor environmental health of residential buildings.High demands. The long-term residents of Huizhou traditional settlements are mostly the elderly. To build healthy old-age residences suitable for Huizhou traditional settlements,it is necessary to analyze the indoor environmental factors that affect the health of the local elderly based on the local climate, architectural features, and the elderly ’ s subjective evaluation of the indoor environment.Establishing an evaluation index set and determining index weights, guiding the construction of a healthy indoor environment in Huizhou traditional settlements for the elderly, clarifying the key factors for creating a healthy indoor environment, and conducive to the development of local rural healthy elderly residences. This paper tested and visited the indoor environment of traditional settlements in Huizhou, and designed an indoor environmental perception experience satisfaction questionnaire and a questionnaire on physical and mental health of the elderly according to the local architectural characteristics and environment. The subjective evaluation scores of indoor environmental factors under various perceptual experience dimensions were counted, and the perceptual comfort needs of the elderly in Huizhou area were analyzed;the BMI index, frailty level, and self-evaluation scores of physical and psychosocial health of 219 elderly people in the local area were counted.Using independent sample T-test and spearman correlation analysis,it was obtained that architectural moisture characterization, odor characterization, and spatial scale had significant effects on the health of the elderly(p<0.05).Using the indoor environmental factor satisfaction and the total score data of the elderly health self-assessment under each perceptual dimension, the structural equation model verification of the indoor environment-related elderly health is carried out to determine the indoor environmental health influencing factors and weights. The results showed that: the perception dimensions in winter and summer all have an impact on the health of the elderly;the order in winter is touch 0.313,listening 0.207,sight 0.286,and smell 0.194;summer ranking is touch 0.303,sight 0.235,listening0.240,and smell 0.222.Using the weights calculated by structural equations combined with the average satisfaction value, the IPA analysis was performed to obtain 14 important and urgent factors to be improved. In summer, they include: bedroom moldy smell, uniform kitchen illumination, bedroom humidity, bedroom wind speed, hall wind speed and other factors;winter includes: Factors such as bad smell of bedroom ventilation, uniform kitchen illumination, and perception of bedroom space. The health influencing factors are converted into evaluation indicators, and the indoor environmental health evaluation index set of traditional settlements in Huizhou is summarized, and the overall weight of the evaluation index is calculated by using the weight of the influencing factors. The results are as follows: The overall weight of the summer index is the hall noise 0.240,the rest are bedroom noise 0.066,hall illuminance uniform 0.047,bedroom relative humidity 0.039,kitchen wind speed0.038,etc.;the overall weight score of the winter index is the largest hall noise 0.140,and the rest are bedroom noise 0.067,bedroom humidity 0.057,hall humidity 0.056,and bedroom wind speed.0.050 and so on.The final evaluation system includes 1target layer,2 sub-target layers,8 intermediate layers,33 summer indicators,33 winter indicators, including 14 key indicators for the transformation of important factors, and additional indicators are set for this category of indicators. The weight is used to guide the healthy construction of the indoor environment of the old-age residences in the traditional settlements in Huizhou, further improve the quality of the indoor environment, and improve the physical, psychological and social health of the elderly in the traditional settlements in Huizhou. |
