Modern Applicable Model Of Huizhou Traditional Residence

Huizhou dwellings are a perfect combination of practicality and artistry,an important genre of traditional Chinese dwelling architecture,a place of living that is both scientific and interesting to live in,and the essence of traditional Chinese dwellings.With the rapid advancement of urbanization and the deep development of the rural revitalization strategy,the modern living standard is constantly improving,and the Huizhou dwellings are facing the suitability renewal to meet the needs of modern production and life,how to carry out the modern suitability transformation of Huizhou dwellings,and how to meet the needs of the new era in the transformation,the study of "modern applicability model of Huizhou dwellings" is The research on the "Modern Application Model of Huizhou Dwellings" was born.The dissertation aims to find the modern suitability of Huizhou dwellings,and uses qualitative and quantitative,ephemeral and co-temporal methods to carry out research on the prototype,current type and new type of Huizhou dwelling architecture as a whole.Through systematic research in the Huizhou region and comprehensive analysis of the literature,the thesis analyses the prototypes and characteristics of the four modes of Huizhou dwellings: agricultural dwelling,merchant dwelling,commercial dwelling and official dwelling,starting from the factors influencing the formation of Huizhou dwellings.It then analyses the evolution of the living space of Huizhou dwellings and the current problems under the modern lifestyle,so as to sort out the modern evolution of the living space pattern of Huizhou dwellings and find the basis and focus for the design of modern and suitable renewal of Huizhou dwellings.With integration and innovation as the construction objective,the influencing factors for the construction of modern applicability of Huizhou dwellings are analysed,and then the ways and methods for the construction of modern applicability of dwellings are developed from three aspects: spatial design,construction renewal and cultural heritage of Huizhou dwellings.From the design level of intensive function,the construction level of multi-party collaboration and the cultural level of characteristic inheritance,the "integration and collaboration" model of modern and suitable renewal of Huizhou dwellings is proposed.The theoretical framework and design methods for the modern applicability of Huizhou dwellings are constructed by combining the design practice and construction implementation cases of typical dwellings in Wentang Village of Qimen County.
