Research On Special B & B Construction Based On Huizhou Traditional Residence

With the rapid development of China's economy,living standards are generally improved,it has greatly increased frequency of travel,It has promoted the development of tourism economy in the vast rural areas with abundant tourism resources.People travel mode is changing quietly,from sightseeing past mode to the experiential mode in-depth local social life,to feel the local traditional life pattern and environment.In this context,people begin to abandon the travel accommodation mode of Tradition Hotel standard and choose non-standard mode,such as accommodation,hotel,the transformation of traditional houses and the local characteristics of the pension in recent years has been greatly favored by tourists.On the one hand to meet the needs of the local traditional life experience,on the other hand also to prompte the protection of traditional houses by the static protection mode of the past into the dynamic protection mode,so that the ancient buildings burst out new vigor and vitality.In this paper,the Huizhou area of traditional folk houses converted into a special bed and breakfast as the research object,in-depth study of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the home made.First from the material carrier of special B & B:Huizhou area of traditional houses to discusses the characteristics of various aspects of Huizhou residential construction,existing problems and the current situation of protection of the status quo,and summarizes the possibility and contradiction of Huizhou residential and residential characteristics fusion;secondly,based on the investigation of the situation as the basis,from site selection,function layout,space,facade shape,interior decoration five aspects of the characteristics of pension characteristics were analyzed,and the application A questionnaire survey method to obtain the distribution structure characteristics and satisfaction of customers,in the case of every aspect of the characteristics of B & B,by the above analysis summed up the design style of the Huizhou area there are special guesthouses in the architectural design process is similar,the transformation strategy and tactics is not reasonable,the regional culture characteristic is not obvious three problems;moreover,related to the use of the theory of chromatography analysis on the characteristics of B & B in the process of building design and clean dirt partition,function area ratio,the overall quality of public space,the five largest indoor interface design index on the characteristics of architectural design,contribution,and the relevant design specifications and elevation on the morphology of the small degree of its contribution,and combined with the Theweight value of each index and the indexes of the order will be divided into mandatory,focus,improvement,coordination of four types;finally,based on the above analysis results of traditional dwellings in Huizhou area under the form of special B & B architectural design optimization strategy.This paper follows the research context questions analyze problems and solve problems,through the collection of basic data,questionnaire survey,field investigation method and analytic hierarchy process,multi angle analysis to the research object and put forward specific architectural design principles and strategies,it has certain reference significance for design of protection and characteristics of traditional houses the hostel building its results.
