With the strengthening of our country’s comprehensive national strength,people pay more attention to oral health,and stomatology education has also entered a stage of great development.Among the many branches of stomatology,occlusion is an important basic and applied subject,and the training of relevant medical professionals is extremely important.Judging from the current teaching situation of the occlusion subject,the basic theoretical knowledge is generally abstract and difficult to understand.The articulator device widely used in clinical practice also has high requirement for the professionalism of the operator.Since the complex structure and functional activities of the human stomatognathic system cannot be directly observed from outside.For the beginner group of stomatology,it may take a lot of time but difficult to truly understand the complex theories.It is also impossible to connect theory with clinical practice.In response to this problem,this article takes the articulator as the research object,and improves its modelling by bionic design.In terms of research method,this paper studies and applies a morphological bionic design method based on topology theory.From the perspective of human cognitive psychology,this article analyzes the psychological model of biological morphology analysis and simplification in bionic design,and introduces the theory of perception of topological properties.With the help of the methods of studying the topological property,topological relationship and topological transformation of spatial objects in topology,study the biological nature,topological structure and shape simplification process of bionic objects in bionic design.Discuss the method of quantitative analysis and calculation of the biological structure characteristic relationship in the morphological bionic design under the rational constraint of the topological relationship.On this basis,a biomorphic simplification method based on characteristic nodes is proposed,through which the morphological simplification process can be restrained more rationally and accurately.Under the guidance of the morphological bionic design method based on topology theory,using the human skull as a bionic prototype,the bionic articulator for teaching is developed.This kind of articulator for teaching can more realistically simulate the morphological structure and functional movement of the stomatognathic system,so that beginners can feel the visual theoretical knowledge,and initially learn the function and operation of the articulator while learning the theory,and cultivate them certain clinical thinking.Finally,through topological similarity calculation and questionnaire survey methods,the bionic and functional property of the design program are analyzed and evaluated,to determine the feasibility and significance of the program,which prove that this kind of articulator can play a better role in the teaching of occlusion.
