Design And Research Of Snowmobile Based On Morphological Bionic Design Concept

In recent years,China’s vehicle industry has developed rapidly with the enhancement of the country’s economic strength.Snowmobile,as a means of transportation in the cold Northern area,has also made rapid progress.However,there are still a series of problems including the shape being too stiff and not smooth enough.This article will combine the bionic design theory and snowmobile products and factor natural biological form,structure,etc.into the design of snowmobiles based on morphological bionic design in order to better improve the aesthetics and coordination of the vehicle shape.The article first conducts a preliminary exploration of the research content and research methods of the morphological bionic snowmobile,and determines the research content and method of the vehicle through the elaboration of the purpose and significance of the bionic snowmobile research;then studies the theory of biomimicry and the bionic design method,expounds the development history and core principles of the morphological bionic design,and classifies and summarizes the types of bionic design,and conducts in-depth research on the application of the morphological bionic design in the product.It also makes a preliminary exploration of the overall process of the morphological bionic design and provides a theoretical basis and guidance direction for the design of subsequent morphological bionic snowmobiles.Secondly,the article conducts an investigation to the market,and through targeted questionnaire surveys,it determines the product and user population;finally,by using scientific and effective method,the article analyzes the bionic prototype of the morphological bionic snowmobile,selects the most appropriate bionic prototype,integrates the prototype with the snowmobile modeling,and applies the characteristics of the bionic prototype to the bionic snowmobile appearance modeling design under the guidance of the morphological bionic design theory.Through software such as Rhino and Keyshot,the shape of the bionic snowmobile is expressed and perfected.This article takes the morphological bionic design method as the guiding basis,applies it to the field of snowmobile morphological modeling design and conducts in-depth research.It aims to make the bionic snowmobile more user friendly and provide a new idea for improving the design of snowmobile appearance.
