Research On Landscape Performance Evaluation Of Historical And Cultural Ancient Towns In The Intersection Of Sichuan,Yunnan And Guizhou Based On Hierarchical Entropy Weight Method

Historical and cultural town as a rare cultural treasures,recorded the history of the regional development footprint and culture,it has high archaeological value,tourism value and development potential,but with the development of the society,the development of the historical and cultural town was a huge challenge,improper development of homogeneity,heritage conservation,protection and development mechanism coordination problems is arrested development of several big core question of ancient town.In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the protection of famous historical and cultural towns,and its protection mechanism has gradually improved and become mature.However,in the process of implementation,there are still some key problems to be solved.At present,the protection of historical and cultural towns is mainly focused on the construction and protection process,in 2003,the Ministry of Cultural Relics Construction and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage jointly selected the first historical and cultural towns and villages,but also issued the relevant historical and cultural town protection methods.A mature protection mechanism should be a complete system,which runs through the process before the planning and construction,during the protection process and after the construction of the project.Understanding the operation status of the project after completion can effectively carry out the protection work.Therefore,the protection of historical and cultural towns can not be limited to the research before construction and in the process of protection,but also should be assessed after the completion of the project operation,to find the unsolved problems in the process of protection,inspection of the protection work is effective,is a key link to promote the sustainable development of historical and cultural towns.In this paper,based on the theory of performance,introducing the concept of landscape performance,using qualitative and quantitative comprehensive research methods,from the cultural performance,social performance,environmental performance,economic performance and aesthetic performance built in five dimensions,the famous historical and cultural towns on the basis of index system,further analytical hierarchy comprehensive empowerment-entropy method to calculate the weight of each index,the method is combining subjective empower and objective empower,and use the MATLAB software to calculate the index weight,and then build the performance of a famous historical and cultural towns about landscape evaluation model,through the index layer and data results of each evaluation factor To judge the current development of the ancient town.This study takes famous historical and cultural towns in southern Sichuan--Lizhuang ancient town,Xian ancient town,Luocheng ancient town as the object of case study,and the results show that this hierarchical and entropy weight method of comprehensive weighting evaluation model can effectively analyze the value created by the completed landscape project.Through landscape performance evaluation,the advantages and disadvantages of each index factor in the five dimensions of historical and cultural towns can be specifically quantified.Based on this,the protection work of landscape performance of historical and cultural towns can be objectively and pertinently evaluated,and then the sustainable development strategy of historical and cultural towns can be put forward.
