Research On Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Cultural Tourism Characteristic Towns Based On AHP-fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

In the context of promoting the development of urbanization and the supply-side reform of the economic structure,the characteristic town cane into being,especially the characteristic town of Zhejiang province.Since 2016,the country announced the first list of characteristic small towns,and promulgated a series of characteristics of small town construction of relevant policy concessions,the country is set off a characteristic small town building climax.The benefit of the characteristic town can not be considered only the economic benefits brought by it,but also the invisible benefits of social and environmental benefits should be considered,and the comprehensive benefit of the characteristic town should be considered from the whole.According to the list of characteristics of the country announced in recent years,it can be seen that more than half of the characteristics of our town are cultural tourism characteristics of the town,and this article is a more representative of the characteristics of the town's comprehensive benefit evaluation and analysis,in order to judge the characteristics of the town of the city construction of the necessity and feasibility.First of all,this paper collects and reads a large number of literature,on the basis of previous research,combined with the characteristics of the town itself to set up a set of features of the town's evaluation index system,which is divided into three levels,the target layer is the characteristics of the tourism town of the comprehensive benefits of evaluation research,the criteria layer has three factors,namely economic Environmental benefits and social benefits,and the specific index layer this article has selected 15 evaluation indicators.Secondly,by analyzing the characteristics of the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the characteristic town of the Chinese literature Brigade and combining with the actual situation,the evaluation model of AIIP and the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established.Finally,this paper combines theory with practice,according to the established evaluation model,the comprehensive benefit of Yiling small town in Nanning,Guangxi is evaluated and studied.The weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and it is found that the social benefit of this special town has the greatest influence on the comprehensive benefit evaluation and research.According to the results of the first class fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the economic benefit of the town with special features belongs to the"good"level,and its environmental and social benefits belong to the "excellent"level.
