Famous historical and cultural towns are rich in intangible cultural heritage and material cultural heritage resources.Chengdu,Sichuan Province alone,has 27 famous historical and cultural towns.In the past decade,with the general acceleration of China’s urbanization and the acceleration of global integration,the landscape and architecture of Chengdu’s famous historical and cultural towns have been greatly impacted,resulting in the phenomenon that there are thousands of towns in the ancient town.Intangible cultural heritage is also difficult to follow the ever-changing life.It is desalinating our life step by step.Its inheritance path is facing obstacles.As a representative cultural heritage of regional culture,intangible cultural heritage is an indispensable part of famous historical and cultural towns.The combination of intangible cultural heritage and famous historical and cultural towns can not only make famous historical and cultural towns more representative and heterogeneous,At the same time,it can optimize the construction and development of historical and cultural towns.In the aspects of national aesthetics,production,life and folk culture,intangible cultural heritage is an inseparable organic part.It is a precious property formed by the development of human society,and its liveness is its most representative feature.The intangible cultural heritage of many historical and cultural towns,such as intangible cultural heritage of traditional handicrafts,intangible cultural heritage of traditional medicine,intangible cultural heritage of folk customs,must survive and develop in production practice in order to realize its function.Therefore,the best way to inherit and protect intangible cultural heritage is to let people know and inherit intangible cultural heritage in production and life.Through the integration of tourism landscape planning and intangible cultural heritage,local residents can have a sense of cultural identity and participation,and the most intuitive understanding and understanding of intangible cultural heritage in Tourism activities.From the perspective of tourism landscape planning,this study investigates and summarizes the tourism landscape planning and design of the famous historical and cultural towns in Chengdu,and discusses how the famous historical and cultural towns protect and inherit the intangible cultural heritage,as well as how to reflect and inherit the intangible cultural heritage in the tourism planning and design.This research is conducted from three dimensions: theoretical study of tourism landscape planning and living inheritance,research on living inheritance of intangible cultural heritage tourism landscape planning,and macro level to micro design strategy of tourism landscape planning.In the third dimension,this study uses RMP Aung Pu theory to determine the unique theme image of the ancient town through the analysis of the ancient town’s tourism resources R(resource).Through the analysis of M(market)ancient town tourism market,this paper determines the overall target positioning of the ancient town tourism market,and finally summarizes the tourism product P(product)suitable for the development of the ancient town.The overall planning and design focuses on the theme image and target positioning of famous historical and cultural towns.It also integrates the living inheritance factors of intangible cultural heritage(inheritors,residents,production,activities and experience)and integrates the intangible cultural heritage elements from the aspects of architectural environment,landscape environment,sketch facilities and structures of the ancient town in combination with landscape design,so as to promote the living inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
