Research On Protection Evaluation Of Famous Historical And Cultural Villages In Yuxian County,Hebei Province

Historical and cultural village is an ancient village with rich cultural relics,a long history and a complete traditional style and pattern.It is a cultural treasure accumulated over 5000 years.With the development of society and economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the protection of historical and cultural villages is facing unprecedented challenges;On the other hand,excessive development of tourism,the number of tourists increased,exceeding the environmental carrying capacity,resulting in serious damage to the environment.In recent years,the government has paid more and more attention to the protection of historical and cultural villages,issued laws and policies,compiled protection plans,but the effect is not ideal.Therefore,it is urgent to establish an evaluation system for the protection of historical and cultural villages,find the protection methods and explore effective protection mechanisms.It is an effective and feasible method to establish an evaluation system for the implementation of protection planning of famous historical and cultural villages.Through field investigation,we can understand the basic information and implementation of protection planning of famous historical and cultural villages,listen to the protection opinions of villagers,vendors and responsible personnel,and timely reflect to the superior protection department,which can improve the pertinence and accuracy of the evaluation work.However,the research in the field of protection evaluation of historical and cultural villages in China is still in its infancy.Most of the research focuses on the preparation of protection planning and the protection evaluation of the implementation process of protection planning.The implementation evaluation of protection planning can directly reflect the problems existing in the protection and whether the implementation of the planning meets the requirements of the protection planning,This is of great significance for the protection of historical and cultural villages.Therefore,in order to revitalize the historical and cultural villages,we must accelerate the implementation and evaluation of protection planning.The main research content of this paper is the implementation evaluation of historical and cultural village protection planning.Taking urban and rural planning as the core,this paper introduces the professional contents of architecture,environmental science,sociology,management and so on,and studies historical and cultural villages from the perspectives of traditional architecture,spatial pattern,traditional style,protection system and so on.In order to reflect the scientificity and practicability of the research,this paper focuses on the analysis of the limiting factors in the process of establishing the evaluation system,constructs the weight judgment matrix,sorts out and processes the questionnaire and survey data into Yaahp software,analyzes the data by using the analytic hierarchy process,assigns values to the data according to the 1-9 scale method,and calculates the weight of each index after consistency test,The paper also adjusts and supplements the current evaluation index system of Chinese historical and cultural towns and villages,improves the scoring standards,and verifies the feasibility of the protection evaluation system of historical and cultural villages in Yuxian County.
