Urban Public Transport Happiness Evaluation Method And Application

Since the reform and opening up,China’s social economy has entered a stage of rapid development.The process of urbanization is accelerating,we began to attach importance to the construction of road infrastructure,the growth of simple road mileage has been unable to meet people’s travel needs,people’s demand for transportation has further increased.In his report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),Xi Jinping stressed the need to “make people’s sense of gain,happiness and security more substantial,more secure and more sustainable.”.So traffic well-being has come to be born,but how to evaluate the traffic well-being is no specific system research in China.Firstly,this paper argues the research background and significance of the paper and summaries the research on well-being in various fields at home and abroad,on the basis of theoretical analysis,study the definition,connotation and classification of traffic wellbeing,and choose urban public traffic well-being as the key research object.Secondly,the concept of urban public traffic well-being and the construction process of related evaluation system are described in detail,choose to evaluate the well-being of urban public transport from six perspectives,namely transport safety;transport links;transport comfort;traffic control;traffic environment;traffic equity.This paper concludes 17 evaluating items of urban public traffic well-being evaluation system,and a detailed the reason of why the index is described,description of the definitions,values and evaluation criteria of selected indexes is given.Finally,after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation medels,the comprehensive evaluation model of AHP and entropy weight method,the well-being of urban public transport in Chongqing is evaluated.
