| Nowadays,the sharing economy is changing people’s lifestyles,people pay more attention to the user experience and services in the consumption process.In the future,unmanned small shared electric vehicles will be very different from traditional shared cars in terms of usage,interaction and service scenarios.It is not only a simple mobility tool,but also an emotional carrier for people to travel.Along with people’s good expectations for travel again and again,the desire for convenience and speed,and to return home safely.However,there is lack of research on unmanned small shared electric vehicles currently.Starting from the introduction of service design consciousness in the sharing economy,this topic will carry out design research on unmanned small shared electric vehicles to make it more in line with the attributes of the future sharing era.At the same time,it will provide a design thinking method for such design to promote the development of unmanned small shared electric vehicle in China.Firstly,the author defines the unmanned small shared electric vehicle,and finds that there are unreasonable aspects in service design requirements and car modeling design.Then qualitative and quantitative research is combined to investigate existing shared electric vehicle users and their use process.Aiming at the problems,service design tool such as user journey maps and service contact points are used to sort out,optimize each node with user experience as the core,and extract service design point.Based on this,puts forward the design principles,including user-centered design principle,service value co-creation design principle,sustainable design principle of system resources,diversified design principle of interactive experience,and humanized design principle of technology interaction;and puts forward design method of based on shared travel service systems and service blueprints;construct a service scenario.Finally,the theoretical research is applied to the design practice of driverless small shared electric vehicles,including the modeling design based on emotion and intent,the shared travel design based on demand and behavior,and the interactive interface design based on service and experience.It is hoped that the design of the unmanned small shared electric car integrated with the concept of service design will bring people a better travel experience and shorten the distance between people and the unmanned small shared electric vehicle. |
