In recent years, with the continuous development of the Internet and social economy, people’s travel patterns have undergone tremendous changes. As an important part of the public transportation system, urban conventional public transportation is also developing continuously on the basis of meeting the travel needs of passengers. At the same time, sharing a bicycle as a short-distance travel mode solves the connection problem of passengers getting on and off the bus by using conventional buses, and passengers can reduce travel time and improve travel efficiency by sharing a bicycle and cooperating with conventional buses; Therefore, how to make use of this to better serve the passengers while improving the service level and operation efficiency of the city’s conventional public transport is a key issue.Firstly, the paper expounds the basic elements of the conventional bus service mode, the development of shared bicycle and the characteristics of short-distance riding, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of shared bicycle service in conventional bus connection.Secondly, combined with the big data of cycling users shared by Beijing in May,many factors that affect the cycling distance of users are mined from the aspects of weather factors, time factors, cycling attributes and cycling characteristics, and the influence degree of each factor on the cycling distance is analyzed by using structural equation model, which provides certain reference and basis for sharing the distance between the cycling and public transportation in the future.Secondly,a generalized travel cost model is established, which includes the travel cost of passengers, shared bicycles and the operating cost of public transportation enterprises. The model aims at the operation of conventional public transportation during peak travel hours, and is optimized by setting different station types and departure frequencies, aiming at minimizing the generalized travel cost calculated in the model. In the model, there are two fleets,A and B,and the types of stops are set as A,B and AB.In other words,by setting different types of stops, the traditional stop-stop bus service mode is optimized as a skip-stop service mode, and the direct economic expenses of passengers involved in the skip-stop service mode are charged differently. At the same time, the mode aims at the problem of low operation efficiency of conventional public transportation during rush hours.Considering the short-distance connection effect of shared bicycle on conventional public transportation, passengers can flexibly choose the alighting station and reach the destination by riding shared bicycle.Reduce passenger travel time loss and improve travel efficiency. Finally, the simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the case OD data involved in the model to verify the feasibility of the trip service mode and evaluate the generalized trip cost model. The results show that the optimization scheme can greatly reduce the cost of generalized travel expenses and provide theoretical basis for the operation of urban conventional public transportation and shared bicycles.
