Urban transportation modes affect all aspects of people’s life and play an important role for people to understand the city and perceive life(Hermann A,2018).Among all the transportation modes,slow-moving transportation is the one that serves the largest number of people and has the highest interaction degree with the crowd(Menini,Sheila E.,2021),which deeply affects people’s living experience. However, there are also problems that the transportation needs are not well met and the transportation experience needs to be improved. The change of transportation mode is an integrated embodiment of social and scientific and technological progress, but in the field of slowmoving transportation, the deep participation of cutting-edge technology is rarely seen. With the increasingly rich internal activities and increasingly diversified transportation needs,slow-moving transportation has become the main mode of travel, and the content, form and problems of slow-moving transportation are also changing. It is particularly urgent to effectively solve the problem of slow-moving transportation. Therefore, based on the above real context, this paper mainly proposes the following research questions:First, how to meet the slow-moving transportation demand of people in the new urban slow-moving transportation environment represented by campus, residential community and industrial park and improve the transportation experience;what kind of scene characteristics and key elements do the new slow-moving transportation environment have and how to analyze the scene? Second, according to the above scene characteristics, how to build a slow-moving transportation service system based on shared autonomous vehicles, and what kind of construction mechanism and design strategy can be obtained? In this paper, the service system design is taken as the organizational form, and the L4 level shared autonomous vehicles are taken as the hardware carrier. The scene analysis of three kinds of slow-moving transportation environments is carried out,and the construction mechanism and design strategy of autonomous car service system are studied based on the scene characteristics. The innovation of this paper mainly focuses on the research of new slow-moving transportation problems of urban population in large cities and above from the perspective of autonomous driving and service system design, the establishment of a new slow-moving transportation service scenario model, the enrichment of the research scope and design type of slow-moving transportation problems and solutions, and the improvement of the research framework and method strategy of service system design in the field of slow travel.Specifically, this paper takes scenario analysis as the starting point of the research, and firstly builds the "User-Environment-Task" UET slow-moving transportation scenario analysis framework. Then, aiming at large composite university campuses, large suburban residential communities and work-life balanced industrial parks, under the guidance of the scenario analysis framework, the three slow-moving transportation environments are empirically studied by field research, questionnaire survey, user interview,spatio-temporal path analysis, statistical model analysis, action research based on design practice and other methods, and the slow-moving transportation scene characteristics are obtained.Through the analysis and summary of the scene characteristics, the slow-moving transportation service scenario model and representation structure system are established.Based on the conclusions of the scenario analysis, the author designed the interview research framework and interview questions, invited 12 experts in the relevant field to carry out in-depth interviews on the construction mechanism and design strategy of the service system of L4-autonomous vehicle in three slow-moving transportation scenarios, and coded the interview results in three levels;then selected three different value types of service cases for case analysis, and comprehensively obtained the construction mechanism and design strategy of the service system of shared L4-autonomous vehicle in slow-moving transportation scenarios. Finally, the vitality of the conclusions was verified through user testing. The main findings of this paper include:1.The three types of slow-moving transportation scenarios represented by large suburban university campuses, large suburban residential communities, and work-life balanced industrial parks in China have certain similarities in scene fusion, travel transfer and travel path, and have certain differences in user structure, individual need standard and travel chain form.According to the UET scenario-analysis framework obtained in this paper, the slow-moving transportation environment can be studied from the three aspects of user, environment, and task.2.This paper constructs a slow-moving transportation service scenario model with the significance of design research, including scenario description, scenario parameters on spatial morphological characteristics, classification of users and demands, trends in the development of slow-moving spaces and transportation systems, the characteristics of research methods and applicable solutions.3.This paper produces the construction mechanism and design strategy of slowmoving transportation service system based on shared L4-autonomous vehicles, including main components of the service system, service process optimization tool based on situation segmentation and migration,"space-station" multi-level L4-autonomous vehicle route design logic strategy,C-A-Q-T service touchpoint construction framework, the selection basis of the main mode of human-vehicle interaction, and the design content system of autonomous station. |
