| Urban transport is related to the lifeline of the country’s development and it is also an essential factor for the development of globalization.Separation of office and residence makes the commuting distance of office workers in first-tier and second-tier cities continue to increase.The demand for transfer by young office workers is also increasing,and it also increases the weight of transportation operations.Under the background of the sharing economy,with the development of intelligent application APP and the innovation of thinking modes,the emergence of sharing bicycles,carpooling,and intelligent public transportation has laid a solid foundation for improving the travel efficiency of commuters and other people.The principle of intensive transfer based on green and low carbon is possible.This study combines the study of the commuting patterns of young commuter workers with the design of commuter service systems,classifies the target user groups,and presents the commuter morphological characteristics and demand characteristics of all types of subdivided groups to designers in a comprehensive manner.Designers have a targeted understanding of design objects and their needs and design products that are close to the needs of users.The article analyzes the commuting needs of urban youth office workers and gives an overview of the background,concepts,constituent elements,and application areas of the “shared traffic”,and then commutes the commuting of domestic and foreign urban workers through consulting literature and observation methods.Analyze the development process,and finally sort out the public transportation in the first-and second-tier cities and the methods of sharing transportation,and pave the way for the following to determine the specific survey content.Based on the above analysis,a questionnaire for the needs of commuting commuting and commute transfer services for young commuters was developed based on the AIO framework.Data analysis was used to perform factor analysis,cluster analysis,and then cross-matching to obtain various groups.Group commuting characteristics and service system design requirements characteristics.The representative group “high efficiency and rigorousness” that has the largest number of users and can cover most users is used as a typical user for in-depth analysis,and in-depth interviews are used to explore more in-depth and accurate demand information.Finally,according to the information the author puts forward the concept of "sharing traffic" commuter transfer service,comprehensive analysis under "Shared traffic" in the service design case,key technology and application category for office worker commuting transfer service system design principles and methods of laid a solid foundation is put forward.Through to the dimension of space,time,and service concept of intensive transfer to parse,tease out based on "Shared traffic" model workers commuting transfer service system design principles and design methods,they are the principle of multi-solution scheme collocation,diversified interactive experience,humanization principle of technical service,modular principle of platform contact point and sustainable principle of sharing service.The design methods are respectively to establish service blueprint,display service contact point,streamline service process and innovate modular contact point.They provide a theoretical basis for improving commuting experience of office workers.Then according to the role of the typical user groups,using the method of the service blueprint around service design principles and methods to carry on the design practice,finally use "to work" intelligent application as a verification,to provide users with the optimal ratio of the most efficient commuter scheme,make better in urban commuter transportation system,the optimization of office workers commuting experience. |
