In the context of energy crisis and increasingly severe air pollution,the development of electric vehicles has become a hot topic.But its share of the passenger car market is still small,as buyers prefer gas-powered cars.At this time,the mode of "rent" rather than "buy" of Shared Electric Vehicles is becoming more and more mature in the context of the sharing economy,which is a hot spot in the sharing field in recent years.In the long run,Shared-EV have solved problems such as energy crisis,air pollution and traffic congestion.It makes daily transportation more convenient and efficient and fills the gap in the field of public transportation.However,its development is still hindered in the early stage due to its irregular behavior and operation.The traffic accidents caused by unreasonable driving behavior are endless.Problems such as body damage,irregular parking and poor sanitation are also common.Seemingly beautiful business model,the actual operational barriers quite a lot.For the sustainable and healthy development of Shared-EV,it is necessary to change users' behavior through certain methods.Therefore,the theory of persuasion technology can be introduced to change the inappropriate behavior of users in the field of Shared-EV.The goal is to use computer technology to change users' behavior or attitudes,which coincides with the current development of Shared-EV.At present,the applied research on persuasion technology involves a lot in the field of health,but there is no related research in the field of Shared-EV.Therefore,a large number of user behavior surveys are needed to support the output of persuasive design strategies.This paper takes the Shared-EV service system as the research object,and focuses on the research of its service mode and users' behavior.In addition,behavioral persuasion technology is used to solve behavioral problems.Based on the behavior problem in the service of SharedEV,the paper explores the opportunity points for intervention of behavior persuasion.Then,combined with the elaboration of the relevant mechanism of persuasion technology,the behavioral persuasion model and its persuasion mode in the field of Shared-EV are analyzed,so as to study the acceptance and implementation degree of this persuasion mode by users.The key part of this paper is the study of user behavior.Through quantitative and qualitative research,three types of user portraits and their behavior paths of Shared-EV are developed.At the same time,in order to conduct reasonable and effective persuasion on user behavior,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on user misconduct and analyze the key factors affecting user behavior.In this paper,the breakthrough that can be involved in persuasive design is explored from a large number of user behavior studies,so as to finally produce persuasive design strategies applicable to the field of Shared electric vehicles.At the same time,the generated persuasion strategy is applied to the service design of Shared electric vehicles to provide theoretical basis and practical support for the design projects in related fields.
