| With the gradual transformation of China from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country,the pursuit of technological innovation and information construction has gradually become the main direction of enterprise development.Information project risk management is an important part of the success or failure of enterprise information construction.However,the current situation of enterprise information construction is not ideal.Most enterprises have relatively weak awareness of information risk management and control,have not established a perfect risk prevention and control management system,and lack of sufficient information project risk factor identification and effective risk prevention and control measures and means.Corresponding to the high complexity and high risk of manufacturing enterprise informatization project,it needs to coordinate and solve a series of problems,such as cross influence of cross business departments,dynamic objectives,fuzzy demand and high technical difficulty.This leads to a lot of manufacturing enterprise information projects can not fully achieve the expected goal,can not provide sufficient support for enterprise development.There are few researches on the identification and response of manufacturing enterprise informatization risk.The framework guidance based on system management ideas and the theoretical analysis based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by most experts and scholars have some limitations for enterprises to better understand the importance of risk management and control and the focus of management and control.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to identify and deal with the risk factors of manufacturing enterprise informatization project.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the research,the theoretical basis of enterprise information project risk identification,analysis and response,and provides methods and ideas for further in-depth analysis.Secondly,focusing on the definition and development characteristics of manufacturing enterprises,the characteristics and difficulties of manufacturing enterprise informatization project,the paper uses literature analysis and interview method to identify risk factors and risk drivers.Thirdly,based on the previous risk identification results,the risk evaluation index system is constructed,and the importance of risk factors is analyzed by using AHP and comprehensive evaluation method.And carry out risk response research on all risk factors.Finally,taking the PLM project of H enterprise as a case study,combining the research conclusions of risk identification,analysis and response with practice,the top three risk factors of PLM project of H enterprise are obtained,and the corresponding suggestions are given to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the theoretical research on risk identification,analysis and response. |
