Research On LNG Project Risk Management Of D Shipbuilding Enterprise

In 2020,COVID-19 brought a new blow to the otherwise stagnant shipping industry.Under the severe situation,the shipping companies should make competitive products with a trend to ensure their competitive power in the complex and changing market.LNG ship,as a special ship type with adverse growth of demand orders,has relatively high requirements in construction difficulty,risk control and safety.There are many innovations and highlights in the construction process,but there are also problems in risk management.The risk control of product quality,progress and cost of LNG project is the key step to control the success of LNG project.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance and research of risk management.The second part is an overview of related theories,mainly introduces the concept and theory of risk,project risk and project risk management.The third part is company D,LNG project introduction and risk management status analysis.The fourth part is risk identification and risk assessment of LNG project.The fifth part is the LNG project risk response and control.Based on the questionnaire survey and brainstorming method,this paper analyzes the risk identification,assessment and evaluation,response and control,and improvement strategy of the project through the relevant theories and methods of project risk management,combined with the relevant risk management status of D company and LNG project.The risk checklist and risk identification chart are used to summarize and identify the design,resources,organization and management,finance,management and management Safety risk and other five types of risks are evaluated by risk estimation table and risk coordinate chart,and then the identified risk factors are evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process.The importance of the five risk factors and the secondary risk factors are ranked respectively.Finally,the risk response and control methods are combed according to the results of evaluation and evaluation,The paper puts forward corresponding measures for relevant risk factors,carries out early warning and control of LNG project according to current achievements and management system methods,and puts forward relevant improvement strategies.
