| Since the State Grid Corporation of China vigorously promoted the state-of-the-art maintenance of power equipment,it has replaced the long-established model of regular maintenance and troubleshooting and has largely solved the problems of poor targeted targeting of traditional maintenance models,difficulties in blackout arrangements,and technical level and quality of power equipment manufacturing.The problem of over-maintenance of equipment has been greatly improved.However,due to technical limitations,there are still routine power outage tests conducted on a periodic basis for state maintenance,and maintenance work has not been performed in full compliance with the equipment status.However,with the continuous development of electricity demand and power and equipment manufacturing technology,the voltage level of power equipment is getting higher and higher,the capacity is also increasing,the scale of the State Grid continues to expand,and the corresponding cost of a single power equipment is continuously rising.The maintenance time has been continuously extended,and the cost of manpower and material resources has also gradually increased.This conflicts with the current situation of reducing the power outage time,lowering the maintenance cost of the grid operation requirements,and reducing the maintenance personnel.To alleviate this contradiction,this paper mainly analyses the main transformers,circuit breakers,GIS,switchgear and other main transformer equipment characteristics and types of defects in Xiaogan State Grid.In combination with the existing state of charge detection(online monitoring)technology of Xiaogan State Grid,the actual live detection and on-line monitoring and measurement of defective devices at the site,and compared with the data of the power failure test items,the verification of the validity of the proposed method of live detection and online monitoring in the text,and verification of the effectiveness of the routine power cut test under the abolition of the test conditions Analyse the feasibility of the routine test of the power transformation equipment based on the cancellation of the power outage test.For equipment such as switchgear that can achieve non-periodic power failure test,the status overhaul strategy based on non-blackout detection is further proposed.This ensures the safe and reliable operation of equipment and improves the operational and maintenance benefits of Xiaogan State Grid transformation equipment. |
