With the rapid development of railway industry,the operating mileage of Railway electrification in China continues to increase.In order to ensure the reliability of traction power supply,daily outage maintenance of overhead contact system is essential.However,the abnormal status of the grounding wire during the maintenance of the overhead contact system power outage will lead to the maintenance operation being in danger.Therefore,real-time understanding of the grounding status of the grounding wire and the situation of the grounding wire operators is of great significance for ensuring the personal safety of maintenance personnel and improving the safety production management level of the overhead contact system power outage maintenance site.The main work content of the paper is as follows:A method is proposed to detect whether the grounding wire is reliably grounded using residual electricity and induced electricity,in response to the problem that existing devices cannot detect whether the grounding wire is reliably grounded during power outage maintenance of the contact network.Establish equivalent circuit models for single line and double line sections when hanging grounding wires for power outage maintenance,and use residual electricity from contact wires and induced electricity from V-shaped skylight maintenance as equivalent excitation sources to calculate the current of the grounding wire.The calculation results provide a basis for the selection of current sensors for the grounding status detection device of the hanging grounding wire;This article develops a grounding status detection device for hanging grounding wires based on Roche coils.The device collects the current signal of the grounding wire through the current acquisition module,integral reduction module and analog digital conversion module,and calculates the effective value of the current based on the Fast Fourier transform method of spectrum leakage suppression to determine whether the grounding wire is well grounded;Information transmission has been achieved through the LoRa ad hoc network communication module.Build a current generation platform for experiments,and the experimental results show that the current of the grounding wire can be detected,achieving the detection of grounding status.In order to solve the problem of lacking ground wire operator status monitoring in the ground wire hanging operation,this paper develops a wearable device for ground wire operators.The device is based on the optical capacitance pulse wave Notation method and combines the heart rate monitoring module,blood pressure calculation module,body temperature monitoring module and positioning module to monitor the health status of ground wire operators.Build an experimental platform for the experiment,and the experimental results show that the absolute value of heart rate error measured by the device is within 3bmp,and the absolute value of blood pressure error is within 2mmHg,which can achieve monitoring of the status of ground wire operators. |
