During power outage operation of electrical transmission line straight line pole,the operating personnel will work through the operating position such as stamping on wire,bestriding wire or stretching forward etc.Since the body is lack of supporting point,and the area of thrust surface for the stamped part is small,it is unable to fully support the self-weight,and the waist is often under stress state,greatly consuming the physical strength of operation personnel.Due to incapability of giving large force during operation,it slows down the operation progress and extends operation time.In order to solve the actual problems of power outage operation,it is necessary to design a maintenance platform that could give convenience to operation personnel to go up and down the wire and reduce the operation time.The platform consist of point mounting module,cat ladder module,platform module and connection module.The point mounting module is fixed on the cross arm of tower securely;the cat ladder module could realize change according to operation demand;platform module could bear the operation personnel safely and comfortably;and connection module could rotate a certain angle to hitch the wire,and it can be folded when packing up.The platform could effectively solve the problems of few support points of human body on wire as well as wastes of time and energy during operation,reduce physical strength consumption,build independent operation space for maintenance personnel,satisfy the actual demand for working at heights,and improve operation efficiency.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the significance of transmission line outage maintenance,introduces four aspects of work requirements,analyzes the research status of maintenance tools and instruments at home and abroad,and summarizes the existing problems.(2)Maintenance platform design.Firstly,three design schemes of maintenance platform are put forward,and the best one is chosen to realize the purpose of this paper.Then the four components of the maintenance platform are optimized,and the best choice of each module is obtained.Finally,the design idea of this paper’s overhaul platform.(3)Design and make fastening bolts to connect each module.Firstly,the optimal design of fastening bolts is summarized from five aspects: material,manufacturing method,screw tooth selection,surface treatment method and locking mechanism.Then the fastening bolt is made according to the design plan;Finally,the results of each part are tested and the fastening bolts are developed.(4)Maintenance platform development and assembly.Firstly,the game table is designed according to the best plan and executed according to the game table.Then the four component modules were developed,and the experiment was carried out according to the game table.Finally complete the design and production of the maintenance platform.(5)According to the process of power cut operation,complete the actual maintenance operation,count the operation time,compare the previous operation methods,and test the actual use effect of the maintenance platform designed in this paper.Summarize the economic and social benefits and other benefits for the enterprise.(6)This paper summarizes the results achieved by the maintenance platform,summarizes the main results,and applies the accumulated technical methods and ideas in the future creative work.
