Research And Development Of Ground Wire Monitoring Unit For Power Line Outage Maintenance Operation Based On ARM

Power lines are charged with the important task of transmitting electric energy to users,in order to ensure the normal operation of power lines,the routine maintenance of the power lines is essential.Grounding wire is a safety tool for power line outage maintenance and its reasonable use is an important measure to ensure the safety of maintenance work.But at present in our country,the grounding wire management adopts manual reporting mode,not only its work efficiency is low,but also there are error report and missing report and other security risks in sometimes.Through research on latest monitoring methods and related technologies of grounding wire,The grounding wire monitoring unit based on ARM embedded system for power lines outage maintenance operation is developed in this paper,to solve the existing problems of grounding wire monitoring,it can collect and automatically upload the grounding wire contacting information in real time;In addition,the technologis of grounding wire grounding detection are studied and realized the function of grounding condition monitoring,which can guarantee real-time security monitoring of ground state in the process of line outage maintenance.In this paper,the grounding wire monitoring unit hardware circuit is designed,which core processor is the high performance 32 bit ARM processor STM32F103ZET6.In software system design aspect,the ?C/OS-? embedded real-time operating system is cut and transplanted to the processor,on the platform the task is designed and divided.Through research of the algorithm,the monitoring unit realized the function of acquisition and transmission the grounding wire contacting information by the GPRS/GSM network.By analysing the grounding mode,the pressure sensor and bluetooth wireless module are used in the monitoring unit to detect grounding information of the maintenance grounding wire.Experiments show that the monitoring unit can correctly determine the grounding wire hanging and grounding contacting information,and send the detection results with site image information to the power dispatch center and related mobile phones,which can provide security guarantee for the on-site maintenance workers and equipments.
