At present,there are more prominent problems in the construction of municipal underground pipelines in our country.The main manifestations are that due to lack of planning and improper management,the construction of power,communications,water supply,drainage and other underground pipelines is difficult.Derived a series of social problems.To solve these problems of urban underground,it is necessary to develop underground space reasonably,and vigorously promoting the construction of integrated pipe gallery is the best solution at present.The comprehensive pipe gallery refers to the construction of a public tunnel underground in the city,which can accommodate municipal pipelines such as electricity,communications,water supply,drainage,and heat.The implementation of integrated pipeline corridors is of great significance in developing underground space,reducing pipeline conflicts,meeting the needs of people’s livelihood,and improving the quality of urban development.The integrated pipe gallery is a major livelihood project,and its construction process is closely related to the lives of citizens.How to reasonably control the construction progress of the integrated pipe gallery and improve the social benefits of the integrated pipe gallery is of great significance in the current social environment.The thesis takes the construction of the 344 Provincial Road Comprehensive Pipe Gallery as an example,comprehensively uses the theories and methods of project schedule management,and studies and analyzes the main construction process of the project,the key risk factors of the schedule,the schedule preparation and optimization,and how to ensure the control of the schedule.Schedule management,analyze and study the main points and methods of schedule management in each stage of the comprehensive pipeline gallery construction,and find scientific and reasonable construction schedule management measures for the comprehensive pipeline gallery project.The thesis can be divided into three parts as a whole:The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the subject.First of all,it reviews the current research status at home and abroad,clarifies the research content and research methods of the thesis,and expounds the related theoretical methods and techniques of project schedule management,which provides a theoretical guarantee for the following research;secondly,introduces 344 The basic overview of the Provincial Road Comprehensive Pipeline Project clarified the key difficulties and specific goals of the project,and conducted an empirical analysis of the reasons for the lagging progress of the project.The second part mainly carried out the preparation and optimization of the schedule plan.Using the theoretical knowledge and method technology explained in the previous article,the project schedule plan was compiled.By decomposing the project work structure,clarifying the work logic sequence,and estimating the work duration,the schedule plan was finally compiled and the critical path was determined,and combined with the actual project Constraints optimize the schedule.The third part mainly carried out schedule control and formulated schedule guarantee measures.Through the establishment of the project schedule control system,the use of relevant methods and technologies to adjust the project schedule deviation,and to check and analyze the project schedule control effect,combined with specific problems and practically come up with corresponding improvement measures,and put forward the project according to the actual situation of the project Specific safeguard measures for schedule management.This thesis contains 20 figures,13 tables,and 100 references.
