Study On Schedule Plan And Control For Drill Pipe Comprehensive Reform Project In Baosteel Tube Plant

With the improvement of the manufacturing technology, the quality of drill pipe has reached the top-class level in the world. Above this, we have built the foundation to expand the production capacity of drill pipe.With the purpose of promoting competitiveness and the market share, it is imperative to reform the production line.This paper mainly studies on the schedule plan and control for drill pipe comprehensive reform project in Baosteel tubing plant. Firstly, the theory of schedule planning and controlling is introduced, then, the overview of the drill pipe comprehensive reform project is summarized, including the main scope and objective, the organization structure, and the construction scheme, ect.Secondly, the process of the initial schedule planning is expatiated, including project description, decomposition, job description, responsibility assignment, defining the precedence relation of working, estimating the work time, drawing network diagram and scheduling, and then, the progress plan by network program is optimized repeatedly. Finally, the management and the dynamic monitoring system is illuminated, some of the schedule reports are illustrated. Based on the comparing of the real schedule and planning schedule, the schedule plan is updated, providing the corresponding solutions, to guarantee the time limit for a project.At the end of this paper, the research result is concluded, the future development of the schedule planning and controlling is in prospected.
