With the expansion of enterprise scale and the increase of business,the degree of specialization of various work is deepening.Work subdivision promotes team cooperation and makes enterprises more competitive.Team work has gradually become the general trend of development.In the past,QZ airport has been improving its work execution and enterprise efficiency by managing individual performance.However,with the rapid increase of flight sorties and passenger flow in recent years,the pressure of airport operation has increased sharply.In order to improve the security and service quality as soon as possible,the company is determined to build a strong team to improve the existing operation conditions.Therefore,how to implement effective performance management for airport operation team has become a difficult problem to be solved.Referring to the research results of many scholars at home and abroad on team,team performance and performance management,this paper studies the performance management of QZ airport operation team in the form of field observation and interview survey.The survey found that the company ignored the team factor for a long time,and it was difficult to achieve the close combination of individual performance,team performance and organizational objectives,resulting in poor performance management effect.Through the analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the enterprise,such as insufficient employee participation,disconnection between individual performance and team performance,large error in performance evaluation,lack of timely performance feedback guidance and unreasonable performance incentive.In view of the above problems,the optimization scheme combines the characteristics of the team type,considers the possible impact of team factors,redesigns the performance indicators and constructs the management process,and provides a number of supporting measures including institutional adjustment,personnel training and team performance incentive,so as to ensure the effective operation of team performance management.The research on the performance management optimization scheme of QZ airport operation team has helped the airport to build a relatively complete team performance management system,and has made some innovations in detail management: improving the methods of team performance measurement and key performance indicators design;enriching the content of team performance plan formulation and process performance guidance;Multi angle evaluation,comprehensive performance evaluation,performance evaluation training and the establishment of performance appeals are used to improve the accuracy of evaluation;Summarize the improvement methods of classified performance interview and team performance diagnosis.The optimization scheme proposed in this paper improves the process and content of performance management,creates a good working atmosphere,and mobilizes the enthusiasm of team members.The implementation of team performance management in QZ airport reduces the work errors in the team,improves the service quality and safety level of the airport,and also provides some reference for other airport companies.
