The competition among enterprises in the 20 th century is mainly the traditional scale competition and price competition,but with the large-scale entry of foreign enterprises in China in the 21 st century,the domestic traditional technology is rapidly eliminated,and the competition among enterprises is transformed into the competition of core technology ability.The promotion and development of core technologies mainly depends on the innovation performance of R&D technicians.However,how to measure and improve the innovation performance of R&D teams is a problem faced by many high-tech enterprises.How to design the innovation performance measurement and promotion system of enterprises? As a listed high-tech enterprise,YZM Company is facing the transformation from OEM to independent research and development,and also facing the challenge of going out of China and overseas.R&D innovation performance is a very important part in the development,and the level of innovation performance directly determines the competitiveness of products and markets.In YZM Company,the R&D team is the main body of innovation,and its innovation performance directly determines the success or failure of YZM Company.However,in recent years,the poor innovation performance of YZM’s R&D team has seriously affected the healthy development of YZM.Therefore,it is of great significance for this paper to carry out research with the title of "Research on strategies for improving innovation performance of YZM R&D Team".This paper takes THE R&D team of YZM Company as the research object,and on the basis of referring to relevant literature at home and abroad,measures the innovation performance of THE R&D team of YZM Company from three aspects of R&D investment,patent achievements and the proportion of new product sales,and finds out the gap between the innovation performance of THE R&D team of YZM Company and benchmark enterprises in the industry.Then,the reasons for the low innovation performance of YZM’s R&D team are discussed by means of questionnaire survey and interview research.Finally,targeted strategies for improving innovation performance of YZM’s R&D team are proposed.(1)Innovation performance plays a key role in the R&D team.In order to further grasp the status of innovation performance of YZM’s R&D team,this paper,through literature review,proposed three indicators as the measurement of INNOVATION performance of YZM’s R&D team,including R&D investment,patent achievements and the proportion of new product sales,and found out the gap between the innovation performance of YZM’s R&D team and benchmark enterprises in the industry.Lay a solid foundation for further research.(2)the influence factors of R&D team innovation performance is more,the carding and reference,on the basis of existing research results,this paper according to the situation of YZM’s stage of company and industry,this paper argues that individual factors,team management and team environment is the most direct influence YZM company research and development team innovation performance and the influence of the fundamental,to this end,This paper discusses the reasons for the low innovation performance of YZM’s R&D team from the aspects of individual factors,team management factors and team environment,and provides the basis for improving the innovation performance of YZM’s R&D team.(3)Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation performance of YZM R&D team from the aspects of individual factors,team management factors and team environment.It is hoped that the research results of this paper will not only help improve the innovation performance of YZM’s R&D team,but also contribute to the improvement of the innovation performance of YZM’s R&D team in the industry.
