With the advent of the Internet and the Internet of things,the global production mode and management mode have been changed dramatically.This change has put forward a test to the ability of enterprises to carry out disruptive innovation,and also a great challenge to the traditional management mode.Human resources is an important force to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises.The optimization of enterprise performance management system is the basis of comprehensive management,which is directly related to the maintenance and sustainable development of the core competitiveness of enterprises.The transformation of many enterprises in the Internet and Internet of things era puts forward many new requirements for the traditional performance management of enterprises.To find a performance management mode suitable for their own development,enterprises should not only change the mode,but also combine their own organizational structure,strategic positioning and other factors to find the development direction suitable for their own enterprises,so as to improve the efficiency of performance management.As a representative of China's white power industry,Haier Zhijia group(hereinafter referred to as Haier Group)firmly chooses the road of transformation from manufacturing enterprises to Internet of things enterprises.After entering the network strategy,Haier's one single intergrade mode has also been upgraded.This upgrade promotes the platform of Haier Group's organizational structure,and at the same time spawns a new organizational form-small and micro organizations.In the face of the dual changes of development strategy and organizational structure,Haier Group's performance management has also undergone great changes.What are the problems in this change,the optimization suggestions for the possible problems,and what are the implications for other enterprises intending to carry out the performance management reform are the focus of this paper.Based on this,in the research process,using the methods of field research,case analysis and literature research,this paper takes Haier Group under the one single intergrade mode as the case study object,and carries out in-depth research on its performance management according to the research idea of "combing the current situation-revealing problems-cause analysis-solutions and suggestions",and then puts forward the performance management system suitable for the development of Haier Group It is an optimization proposal and implementation plan.This paper includes the following six parts:The first part is the introduction.This part includes the research background,research significance,literature review at home and abroad,performance management related concepts and methods,research ideas and research methods and innovation.Literature review from the development and concept of performance management,the specific application of performance management,performance management innovation three aspects of research,combing out the three characteristics of the new performance management,this paper chooses Haier Group as the case study object to make an explanation.The second part is the background introduction and the first mock exam of Haier group.Through the introduction of Haier Group's development process and organizational change,we can understand Haier's enterprise strategic positioning.Next,the first mock exam is introduced.First,the management mode of human single in one is introduced.Then,the influence of the upgrading of the single person mode on the organizational structure,business mode and performance management of Haier group is discussed.At the same time the performance management of the first mock exam is the performance management of Haier group after the upgrade.The third part is the first mock exam of Haier group performance management process and guarantee mechanism.Through the first mock exam of performance plan,performance guidance,performance evaluation and performance incentive,the performance management process of Haier group under the mode of "one person one by one" is clearer,and four mechanisms for upgrading and improving performance management are summarized.The fourth part is Haier Group performance management transformation evaluation.Through the performance of the financial indicators of the four capabilities,this paper analyzes the results of Haier Group's performance management transformation,which paves the way for the following analysis of performance management problems.The fifth part is the first mock exam of Haier group performance management.Mainly from the third part of the performance management process corresponding to the three links,find out the possible problems in each link,and analyze the causes.The sixth part is the optimization suggestion of the first mock exam of Haier group performance management.Corresponding to the problems found in the fourth part,the improvement suggestions are put forward for the problems found in each link.The seventh part is conclusion and prospect.In the first mock exam,the paper analyzes the performance and management of Haier small and micro organization performance under the combination of individual and individual,and then gives some inspirations and cautionary remarks on other enterprises' performance management reform.Finally,it puts forward the limitations and prospects of this study.
