In recent years,as natural environment and resource issues have become more prominent,people are eager to explore a new way of development to change today’s environment and resources.Researchers began to turn their attention to “green buildings”.So far,after reading the relevant literatures at home and abroad,the research on green buildings mainly includes the following aspects: First,research on the factors that hinder the promotion of green buildings,from the national policies and regulations,to the people’s awareness of green buildings.The second is to study the evaluation system of green buildings.The research content mainly involves the design stage and the operation stage;the third is to study the cost and benefit of green building.The content covers the cost-benefit structure of green buildings,incremental cost and incremental benefit analysis,and economic feasibility judgment of green buildings.The fourth is to study the green technology related to “four sections and one environmental protection”(water saving,land saving,material saving,environmental protection).The research content mainly includes the application of “four sections and one environmental protection” related green technology,the resulting incremental cost and incremental benefits,and corresponding cost control measures.Previous studies have mostly been based on the economics of green buildings,while little research has been done on the factors affecting green building costs.Based on the current research,in order to further understand the green building cost,the pump research work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)The paper first defines the concept of green buildings and related theories,and summarizes the composition of incremental costs and benefits of green buildings.(2)The research of the thesis takes the green residential building as the research object,takes the green building life cycle cost theory as the starting point,and uses the socio-economic-natural composite ecosystem as the theoretical basis to expound the system property of the green residential building cost,namely the green residential Construction cost systems are borderline,structural and hierarchical,self-organizing and adaptive complexity and massive.(3)Based on the theory of composite ecosystem,the paper will raise the research height to the height of the whole society,and regard the green building cost as a system influenced by the social,economic and natural factors.On this basis,we collect and collate relevant literature to find out the influencing factors of green residential construction cost,and classify them into three categories,namely social factors,economic factors and natural factors.(4)Query data,collect relevant indicator data,construct projection pursuit(PPC)model,determine the objective function,optimize the objective function by accelerated genetic algorithm(RAGA)algorithm,and determine the projection value and comprehensive feature value of each index.According to the projection value and the size of the comprehensive eigenvalue,the degree of influence of each index factor on the cost of green residential building and the change of the green residential building cost system in recent years are determined and corresponding cost control measures are proposed.(5)The paper introduces the example of green residential construction project,and analyzes the incremental cost and benefit based on the impact of various indicators on the cost of green residential construction.Judging the economic viability of green buildings.
