The Planning Of Attention In The Contemporary High-rise Design

It has been more than a century of history since the emergence of high-rise building in the United States. In this period, high-rise building has remained a relatively fixed form: a rational and stable modeling, high straight lines. However, in the context of today’s information society, the image of the "conservative" high-rise buildings has been gradually "annihilation" in the modern cities. With the development of business, Architectural aesthetic is no longer confined to traditional aesthetic categories, and the traditional image of high-rise buildings can no longer meet the aesthetic and commercial needs. With the support of modern construction techniques, construction technology, materials technology and others, the contemporary high-rise buildings has become increasingly unsatisfied with the traditional architectural forms, and pursue their own form: showing a dynamic, folding, cantilever and other large morphological variation the trend.In this paper, to study the morphological variation of contemporary high-rise buildings for clues in the attention economy based on the contemporary high-rise buildings examples including the completed and the research appears the race examples, the author try to summarize the tendency of contemporary high-rise buildings manifestation of morphological variation, and try to explore the various factors and the impact of generating dynamic variation to propose the formation mechanism of morphological variation of contemporary high-rise buildings especially the form of creative Chinese high-rise buildings providing a theoretical basis and reference drawing.In this paper, through theoretical analysis, examples sum up, field investigation and other research methods combined with the large number of existing examples and conceptual design, related theories, from the three form of ecological high-tech, geometry parameters, anti-expected experience the author summarized the tendency of contemporary high-rise buildings. Through the analysis of historical background, architectural aesthetics, case analysis, we think that the morphological variation of high-rise buildings have their theory of necessity and inevitability of the times; Through the analysis and study to the form of contemporary high-rise buildings and concrete examples of morphological variation and with the modern architectural theory and aesthetics, the writer sum up the tendency of contemporary high-rise buildings in the attention economy’s performance ,mainly including the structure of rational variation, high-tech ecological variation and the construction of the digital variation of an attempt to explore the morphological variation in modern high-rise building development new approach.Through the study of high-rise buildings, the purpose of this paper is to point out that the morphological variation is the development trend of high-rise building, to summarize the characteristics of the development of high-rise building form and form, and propos the creation of modern physical methods of high-rise buildings, with a view to the creation of high-rise buildings in the future in order to grasp the patterns of contemporary high-rise building development trend of China’s local architect and to provide useful inspiration to create eye-catching and both safe and reasonable form of high-rise buildings.
