| In the past ten years,the new urbanization policies made construction industry get rapid development in our country.So many buildings have quickly filled every corner of cites and countryside,but some problems also appeared at the same time.The environment for humans living were threatened by different matters,such as high energy consumption,high pollution,low quality,unsustainable development and so on.Urban renewal was limited because it’s difficult to dismantle abandoned buildings.Recent period prefabricated building technology gives a reasonable solution for the problems.Industrialized production methods improved accuracy of construction to avoid the situation that traditional construction quality can’t be up to standard.Also,it can reduce the waste and pollution during the construction process.With new materials and new technology application,the flexibility of the building get obviously improved.It’s more easier to remove a building or rebuild a building in another place.The research of small and medium-sized prefabricated buildings is a subject with very important theoretical research sense and industry application prospect.It offers more possibility of the application of new material,new technology and new concept because of the small scale and simple function of the building.It can be farm building,emergency shelter,temporary building,private house in cities and so on.Based on type division of the practical cases of current typical small and mediumsized buildings at home and abroad and comparison between them,this article analyzed the structure and enclosure system related characteristics of various types of small and medium-sized prefabricated buildings as well as their applications,and tried to sum up the different design methods and techniques,in an attempt to propose some design strategies for small and medium-sized prefabricated buildings and provide a reference for the future development of China’s small and medium-sized prefabricated buildings. |
