Traditional external wall thermal insulation system of the material strength, durability and other reasons of low rise residential construction has many limitations, in China in recent years has been in advance of building insulation structural integration technology, gave birth to the many products. EPS cavity module system through the development and application of some foreign countries companies, the introduction of enterprise in our country, and carries on the localization of the floor, but for the application of new products is not specific standards of practice, now mainly used in the rural areas and construction way arbitrarily irregular fan, resulting in thermal insulation performance is not up to the desired effect and material waste. Having lots of construction experience and detailed product information, how to combine the relevant building codes and standards, is used to analyze and design the node of the construction, the problems that need to be solved in the new building materials and promotion system.Based in Dongying City, Shandong Province, the HaiRong new material company EPS module products, based on national building codes and standards, construction experience and product characteristics of EPS hollow block shear wall of low rise residential structural nodes of in-depth study, summary and analysis of the EPS hollow cavity module products and structural requirements of architectural design and construction example of were analysis.
