Study On The Design Strategy Of Boutique Hotels In Frigid Areas Under POE Method

With the rapid development of the economy,the concept of boutique hotel was introduced to China and quickly spread to various cities.The number of boutique hotels in China presents a spurt growth,but the quality is uneven,causing an unprecedented surge in the enthusiasm of domestic scholars for the research of boutique hotel.With the introduction of the industry standard "Boutique Tourist Hotels"(LB/T066-2)issued by the National Tourism Administration,the industry has been constrained by national policies,which has played a positive role in restricting the existing boutique hotel market in China.As a kind of public service buildings with special properties,boutique hotel is a complex topic due to its close connection with sociology,environmental science,economics,management and so on.The main body of this paper is the boutique hotel in the cold region.The development of the boutique hotel in this region is restricted by the climatic conditions of its geographical location.As the main research method of this paper,combined with the relevant understanding of boutique hotel building in severe cold area,the design strategy is studied in order to have a positive effect on the whole life cycle of boutique hotel construction in severe cold area.This paper first studies the research method of post use evaluation and the basic theory of Boutique Hotel in cold area,puts forward the design points of boutique hotel architecture,and analyzes the guiding value of post use evaluation method for boutique hotel design strategy by combining the two methods;secondly,according to the basic work steps of Poe,constructs the post use evaluation system of Boutique Hotel in cold area,and then for the cold area The construction goal of the boutique hotel in the district is studied from five aspects: the overall planning of geographical location,the optimization of spatial layout,the guarantee of facilities and services,the construction of environmental appearance and the embodiment of the cultural connotation of the boutique hotel,combined with the characteristics of buildings in severe cold areas,and the innovative use of post evaluation method is used for the reverse thinking of the whole life cycle of buildings,and the post evaluation of similar buildings is carried out And the evaluation experience,to improve the relationship between user satisfaction,economic performance and sustainable development,to provide design strategies for the construction of boutique hotels in severe cold areas;finally,the theoretical results of the study are put into practice,according to the goal setting of Changchun Indigo hotel project,according to the design strategies of boutique hotels in severe cold areas put forward in the previous paper,to further guide the designers The emergence of the case.
