| First,as China’s elderly income increase,the change of family structure,lifestyle changes,pension concept,more and more elderly people to join the ranks of senior tourism,and as the number of billions of dollars of only one aging population in the world,China’s silver tourism market potential.Second,many rural people are concerned about rural tourism because of their pleasant scenery,good climate,less cost and pastoral life.Villaggio Boutique Hotel is a hotel format according to the demand of the development of the modern rural tourism.It is a low price,hotel service,perfect facilities and pastoral way of life to win people’s favor.Finally,a large number of migrant rural labor force in rural housing idle,idle housing not only affects the appearance of long uninhabited waste of land resources.For the above reasons,this paper proposes that the reuse of farm house is the design concept of Villaggio Boutique Hotel.The geographical position of Sichuan and Chongqing areas remote,retains many of the original rural settlements and the way of life,so the climate is pleasant or attracted a lot of people come to visit the beautiful environment of the rural areas,coupled with the government to encourage and guide the rural tourism has already become part of Sichuan and Chongqing economic pillar industries.Chongqing and Sichuan provinces and cities in the country in 11.56% and 10.95% of the population aging rate ranked top,far more than Beijing,Shanghai and other front-line developed city,and old people yearning for a beautiful environment and pleasant climate of the rural area pastoral life,so it is necessary to design suitable for the old in Sichuan and Chongqing Villaggio Boutique Hotel.In this paper,the settlement area of Sichuan and Chongqing idle farm house as the research object,and Study on the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly living and vacation behavior,suitable for the old type of domestic Villaggio Boutique Hotel has been built through the on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire and non structural interviews were analyzed and summarized,combined with related theory and field research,the Sichuan Chongqing region idle farm house by Villaggio Boutique Hotel for a preliminary analysis for the old type.The first part,namely the first chapter,is the introduction.The research background,research purpose,research significance and research scope are expounded.At the same time,relevant theories and practice cases at home and abroad are reviewed,and the research methods and research framework are established.The second part is the second,third,fourth chapter,the second chapter is a part of the research base,first on the concept,the formation and development of the Villaggio Boutique Hotel,and carries on the classification and the characteristics and the status quo are elaborated;and then through the analysis of psychological characteristics of the elderly,the physiological characteristics and living behavior,preliminary establishment the living needs of the elderly.The third chapter is the research status of Sichuan and Chongqing in Sichuan and Chongqing,firstly the characteristics of natural environment and humanistic environment are summarized,secondly from the overall layout and single building of rural settlements in the southwest,and summed up the current situation of rural settlements in Sichuan and Chongqing area;at the end of the Sichuan Chongqing area suitable for the old type in existing residence is summarized.Clear the urgency of Sichuan and Chongqing areas suitable for the old type construction of the Villaggio Boutique Hotel.The fourth chapter is the research part,through the investigation of the actual case,to the old Villaggio Boutique Hotel and farm house to analyze the Villaggio Boutique Hotel,and understand the elderly living in Villaggio Boutique Hotel for the demand of living environment through questionnaires and unstructured interviews,providing support for the case put forward later strategy.The third part,namely the fifth chapter of this article,is the construction of strategy and method.At the macro level,to the old Villaggio Boutique Hotel location,function and function layout are summarized;at the meso level,the formation of architectural image of farm houses and farm house building renovation of exterior space;at the micro level,the renovation of guest room and supporting facilities of function form suitable for the old type of Villaggio Boutique Hotel the design of the internal,and the proper aging detail design and interior design are discussed. |
