| The project is located in Shangfan Village of Jiangning,Nanjing.It is part of Longshan Scenic Area.The south of the project is the Longshan Reservoir and the Western Beautiful Rural Ring is right beside the location.Nanjing rural pension entered a rapid development stage,of which Jiangning district is the key area in the development region of Nanjing.The the rapid development of country hotel is the current trend,and this project is in line with the policy.Due to the country hotel market in the initial stage,the provisions of relevant laws and regulations are not complete,the project design process has some exploration,problems came across have certain representativeness.Commissioned by Jiangning Transportation Construction Group,the studio began to design by the end of 2016.After market research,preliminary design and subsequent adjustment of the design,the project is currently in the construction design stage.I was lucky to be one of the original participants and followed the design schedule until the the construction design.Under the guidance of professor Zhang Lei,I was responsible for the preliminary design and subsequent adjustment of the design,and then completed the construction drawing with the other architects.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the background of the project,location,siteplan and design request;the second chapter is the market research,the third chapter is the design research,focusing on the settlement of public space and the expression of the materials;the fourth chapter is the architectural design,mainly introduces the landscape design,the siteplan,design,facade design,and Section design;the fifth chapter introduces the results of the design..The project has a certain reference value for the study of the present stage of the pension market.And the project for research in line with the characteristics of space design method,boutique hostel building materials have a certain reference value. |
