Abstract/Summary:
As the world economy and trade continue to deepen and develop,the boundaries between commercial entities have gradually blurred,and more and more large groups have emerged.Most of the enterprise groups in my country have a multi-level organizational structure.The geographical positions of the members within the group are scattered and loose,and the business contacts between the members are relatively small,resulting in the relatively weak control of the group headquarters over the subordinate companies.The management of funds within the group is not unified,the distribution of funds is extremely scattered,the information communication of the capital operation between the various business units is not smooth,and the efficiency of the use of funds at the entire group level is inefficient,resulting in high capital costs during investment and financing.This phenomenon occurs in large enterprises.It is especially common in groups,which restricts the development of enterprises to a certain extent.M Group,the research object of this article.China’s home building materials retail market is highly fragmented,and the industry is affected by the real estate market and fluctuates.Offline home furnishing stores have been impacted by online consumption to a certain extent.Since 2020,the new crown pneumonia epidemic has led to a significant decline in short-term market prosperity.The rent reduction and exemption put pressure on short-term operations.The income of M Group’s self-operated shopping malls has declined,and the average occupancy rate in 2020 has also fallen.Under the unfavorable operating environment,M Group actively seeks breakthroughs and strives to find a new operating model for corporate development.Beginning in 2019,M Group has shifted from a “two-wheel drive of self-operated and commissioned shopping malls” model to a “light assets,heavy operation” model,that is,through rapid expansion of commissioned shopping malls,strategic cooperative management of shopping malls,and franchise shopping malls to reduce self-sufficiency.The proportion of the market’s contribution to the main business income,thereby reducing the capital expenditure of the M Group as a whole,further seizing the market,increasing market share and capital efficiency.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the group’s strategy,this article uses interviews with senior managers,combined with market research and document collection,and attempts to establish and improve a comprehensive budget management system to give full play to the promotion of fund budget management in the use of funds;optimize budgets Capital management process,continuously improve use efficiency;build a capital pool management model,and introduce a Financial Shared Service Center model.Finally,use big data to establish an efficient information processing platform to promote real-time monitoring of the capital operation of subordinate companies and unified allocation of funds within the group by the group headquarters,improve the efficiency of capital use and reduce capital costs,and optimize resources The target of the configuration.
