More and more group enterprises develop rapidly,the scale of the enterprise expands gradually,the group has set up many branch(subsidiary)companies in order to seek the development,the subsidiary has set up more and more project manager department,the distribution scope is more and more extensive.The cross-regional development has brought many problems to the group and its subsidiaries,such as many customers,difficult reconciliation,slow payment,data dispersion,inconsistent standards,and lagging access to financial information.Under the background of the rapid development of new digital technology,many enterprises at home and abroad opened the way of financial intelligence,and financial sharing service center came into being.The application of the financial sharing service center solves the problem of Cross-regional Management,improves the efficiency of the group’s daily financial work,and strengthens the group’s financial management to the various subsidiary companies,at the same time also strengthened the subsidiary of the unified management of the project management department.With the establishment of financial sharing model,the fund management of Group enterprises and their subsidiaries has changed a lot.This paper takes the subsidiary company of H Group,a large-scale enterprise which has been using the financial sharing platform,as the main case study object,and on the basis of systematizing the relevant theories and practical experiences of capital management at home and abroad,based on the view of group subsidiary,this paper analyzes the possible situation and problems in the process of capital management under the mode of financial sharing,and then puts forward some optimization suggestions.The core question of this paper is: What changes have taken place in the content and form of fund management rules after the application of financial sharing model?How does the enterprise strengthen the unified management of funds in the concrete application of the financial sharing management platform? How to deal with the new troubles and problems arising in the fund management,and how to optimize the current management and accounting process? Based on the specific cases of H Group subsidiary company,this paper summarizes the specific performance and practical application of financial sharing platform in strengthening capital management.This paper analyzes the organization form and the specific process of the fund management of the Group’s subsidiary company after the financial sharing mode from three aspects:the Fund Budget Management,the Fund daily management,the supervision and audit management.Then deeply analyze the problems that the enterprise faces in strengthening the fund management in the financial sharing platform,and put forward the suggestions from three aspects: The optimization of the fund budget,the optimization of the fund daily management and control,the optimization of the supervision and audit.The research of this paper takes the large state-owned enterprises as the research object,summarizes the advantages of financial sharing model for enterprise fund management,and points out the application process,the problems existing in the fund management under the mode of financial sharing and the related suggestions for its optimization are put forward,which can be used for reference and reference for the large-scale enterprises which are also numerous molecular companies to optimize the fund management after realizing financial sharing.
